#FridayFeeling "Creativity is intelligence having fun" ☺️ ------------------------------------------------------------------ .Yay its also #fitballfriday 🔵 😀 for the lovely @lisakayepilates 💃of which this flow was totally inspired by....... focusing on hamstrings,adductors abs and obliques and do check out her ideas too on her page. ------------------------------------------------------------------ 1)Balancing the ball on the feet, 100 arm pumps,continuing balance, twisting ball side to side. 2)Arms to the shoulder line, ball between ankles, continuing twisting and add oblique work - opposite arm to ankle. 3)Tick ticks across side to side, keep legs in line with the hips whilst moving and returning, reach opposite arm across to add stability challenge. 4)Abdominal ball pass from hands to feet. .
