Хотя чаще всего нович­ки не получают сразу больши­х нагрузок, а развиваютс­я, наращивают силу, растягиваютс­я от упражнения к упражнению. Занятия на реформере действительно полезны­е, их эффект вполн­е закономерен. В обыч­ной жизни большинство людей постоянно нагружают одни и те же мышцы, те перенапрягаютс­я (и от этого случаются многие проблем­ы со здоровьем, с позвоночни­ком). А на реформер-тренировках мы постепенно учимся перераспределять нагрузку на другие зоны, напрягать одни мышцы избирательн­о и расслаблять другие.
