Well, after starting with the feet 🦶 of course! 👣 Locating the shoulders , #mobilising them, #stabilising them and then #strengthening them in as neutrally aligned position as our bodies will allow for. 🦴 🦴🦴🦴🦴🦴🦴🦴🦴🦴🦴 These little floating entities, otherwise know as your #scapulae (great word!) Have a life of their own and just looooove to float up and forward .... having a profound long term effect on your #posture. It works the other way round too... if your upper #spine is more rounded, your #shoulders will naturally float forward more... meaning they always need some #physical attention.
