Happy to report I continue to slowly recover from my bulging disc and mild diastasis which caused excruciating back and hip pain since April. This also added extra instability to my already unstable sacroiliac joint which I have dealing with since I was in my 20’s ! ❄️ Exercise this morning Indoors!!❄️ Wet snow falling sets up unpleasantry of slips and slushy splashes from bypassing vehicles. This is when I am especially glad to have an indoor exercise planned. Lately I have incorporated 3x weekly an excellent sports conditioning routine on my Pilates reformer. While you may not have a reformer in your home, you may find some free weights, a resistance band, dig out an under-used treadmill or even just put out a towel for a mat.
