Why do we work on balance in Pilates class? 🧐Besides reducing the risk of injury from falls as you age  working on balance requires you fire multiple muscle groups all at the same time. 💪🏼Working muscles together that may not be used to working together will lead to improved strength, control and reduce the risk of arthritis and back pain. ⭐️And another interesting fact:  Improved balance has been linked to improved cognitive function. Keeps them long and low and so reinforces their eventual full weight while the pilates ball allows for a little rolling help. . . ⭐I still have full tension in the strap and the deep burn is in all in the usual flexion muscles. Hoy preparamos una ensalada diferente, medio fría, medio caliente que se prepara en 20 minutos. 🥗🥗 . Ingredientes: 2 patatas rojas🥔🥔 Espinacas frescas 1zanahoria🥕 Media cebolla fresca 1/4 pimiento rojo🌶️ Aceite de oliva virgen extra Sésamo tostado Unas gotas de zumo de limón🍋 Nueces picadas Preparación: Pelar, lavar, cortar en rodajas y cocer en agua con sal las patatas. Lavar las verduras, rallar la zanahoria y cortar el pimiento y la cebolla en tiras finas. Juntarlas y añadir el aceite, el zumo de limón, las nueces y el sésamo. Emplatamos colocando las patatas y encima la mezcla de verduras. . ¡Os animamos a probarla! 😘😘❤️❤️
