Term 4 afterschool classes ... 🤸‍♀️🤸‍♂️ A 7 WEEK PROGRAM will be starting on Thursday 24th October. 3.30-4.30pm {This will take us through to the 12th of Dec (not included within the 7 weeks is a week break where I will be away)} 🤸‍♂️🤸‍♀️ I know term 4 & the build up to xmas is a crazy busy time. However, I feel it's more important than ever, in these intense busy times to give ourselves & our children the chance to PAUSE, BREATH AND RELAX, to reduce the swirling of stress & anxiety. 🧘🏼‍♀️🧘🏼‍♂️ This also installs the importance of self care skills for life long learning & experiences 🧘🏼‍♂️🧘🏼‍♀️ A pay upfront commission rate for registered attendees is available, which makes the classes $5per week. EXPLORING & WELLBEING 🌿For the past few weeks, I’ve been making an effort to explore new places. 🌿 First I explored towns in Sussex that I’d never been to before. Lewes is particularly beautiful and that is where I saw the chalky, white cliff face. 🌿 This weekend, I explored Notting Hill for the first time and it made me realise just how powerful experiencing new places can be for our wellbeing. 🌿 In Lewes, I remember feeling so in awe of the beauty of the white cliffs and the way they looked towering above the tiny streets. It filled me with happiness and I just had to take a photo! 🌿 There is just something so special about experiencing places for the first time - especially those we have planned and longed to see. The experience helps to rewire our brain and overloads us with satisfaction and a new sense of freedom. 🌿 Besides, even just being out in nature and noticing cows, poisonous looking mushrooms and feeling the wind in your hair can bring you joy.
