⌚️Activity Trackers ⌚️ . Collecting any/all data from a workout can be beneficial you just have to understand the accuracy and limitations of each . Before we talk about that understand the numbers on the watch are affect by what you do not the other way round ALWAYS focus on what you can control. Your body will change based on what you have done not what the watch might tell you . When your watch tracks your activity it’s based off an algorithm that takes into account your body weight & your heart rate to estimate the demands of the workout however there are some limitations as it doesn’t know how much load you lifted and at times the amount of effort... a short sprint or 1RM lift requires a lot of effort but your heart rate will not be elevated for a continued period of time . Unless you do the exact same session you can’t directly compare numbers but you can use it as a guide try to stay within 10% of that number, don’t get caught up too much in the specifics

Teaching them how to move the shoulder blades becomes very important with these kinds of issues. This is the Arms Down Mini Band Shoulder Roll. The mini bands help to activate the musculature of the upper back to help fight the elevation and protraction so many people have. Then perform shoulder rolls both forward and backward.
