Seit dem 24.02. habe ich fast kein Yoga gemacht. Die letzten Tage waren hart und mich Energie gekostet. Ich habe kurz und ruhig praktiziert und um mich müde zu machen zusätzlich #freeletics gemacht. Wenn mein Kopf laut ist und ich nicht richtig in die Ruhe finde, ist das mein Mittel der Wahl. Heute lass ich mir Zeit und hole die letzten Tage der Challenge auf. Morgen starten wir mit der neuen. Garry kombiniert heute den #heldensitz mit dem Fisch und ich mag diese Art von Asanas immer. Wenn ich für mich alleine praktiziere, dann tendiere ich immer dazu „anstrengendes“ zu wählen. Durch die Challenge merke ich immer wieder, wie gut mir diese eher passiven Haltungen tun. So geht’s: Kommt in den Helden. Die Knie in Verlängerung der Hüftgelenke, stabil und geerdet auf dem Boden – ohne Knieschmerz. Um Spannung rauszunehmen: auf einen Block setzen! Keine Schmerzen im Knie erlaubt. Positzioniert einen Block hinter euch. Lehnt euch langsam, achtsam und in Schritten zurück. #SuptaVirasana. Drückt die Ellbogen in den Boden und achtet darauf, dass ihr aktiv im Bauch bleibt. Öffnet das Herz, bringt die Kopfkrone auf den Boden. Bringt die Arme nach oben – integriert die Schultern und bringt die Arme lang und gestreckt nach hinten. Atmet. Lasst mit jeder Ausatmung Schienbeine, Hüfte und Arme tiefer sinken.
