⚡️Core Stability⚡️ ✅The core is comprised of three muscle groups: abdominals, the transverse—which sits below the abdominals—and the oblique. Exercises like renegade rows and planks help strengthen the transverse, which is why they’re critical to include in core day workouts. 🔑As I always say, core workouts should hit all three muscle groups. If you are thinking.. well I know their faces. That’s not enough. You need to get their data because if you don’t. Other restaurants will and next time that person want to go out and eat. They might probably go to the restaurant around the block instead of yours. With the digital fortune cookie you can collet your customers information and use it for future marketing campaigns. That way you increase your monthly revenue!

This #workoutwednesday I’m talking workout realities. I wished my workout looked like this ☝🏻 every day, but usually the chaos sets in and they look a lot more like this 👉🏻 (swipe). Perfection is not the usual outcome. The challenge is to make it work- lean into the distractions with a light heart, and do whatever you can to DO SOMETHING, because that’s always better than nothing... . As you’ll see in these videos, it IS possible to get your workout in amidst the interruption of attention seeking/curious furry children (and even add some humor to your workout!), and whatever else may come your way! This is also a workout you can do anywhere, amidst whatever situation may arise. . Here are 3 short videos that can be done in succession and then repeated 3-4x, to get your heart rate up and work into your legs. In the squat sequence, I use a band, but just using your body works too! The goal is to MOVE- whatever you do is positive!!. .
