Dnes som to odparkovala uprostred ostrova a zacvičila som si “middle of nowhere” alebo uprostred ničoho, ako sa vraví. Pomohlo mi to, poviem vám, hodne. Taká malá zmena a predsa som mala pocit, že som si odcvičila lepšie a tiež hlava sa viac vyluftovala. Pritom to celé bolo náročnejšie, časovo aj logisticky, ako si odcvičiť doma, na teraske, ako vždy. Verím, že rutina je fajn. V mnohých veciach pomáha. Ale občas treba vybočiť. Trošku niečo zmeniť. Len tak, aby sme objavili niečo nové, aby sme sa tzv. trošku “osviežili” alebo oslobodili. Posledný rok, možno aj dva, pracujem na odstránení rituálov a zaužívaných vecí. Napríklad, akou cestou chodím domov, ako parkujem, aké sardinky kupujem alebo čokoľvek iné, čo mám skoro až povinne zaužívané...aby mi to prinieslo šťastie, aby som bola v kľude, alebo aby to bolo tak, ako to “zvyknem” robiť. Lebo veď VŽDY sa to tak robí. Priviedol ma k tomu Rafael Nadal. Tak má presne zaužívané drobné úkony na kurte, ktoré mu prinášajú kľud, šťastie, koncentráciu. Na druhej strane však (okrem toho, že sú pre divákov smiešne), ho to príšerne obmedzuje. Keď ho niekto vyruší musí začať odznova, v presnom poradí. A to nie je sloboda. Na jednej strane to prinesie kľud, na druhej, nervozitu, ak sa to nedodrží. Povedala som si teda, že nabúram akékoľvek tieto brzdy mojej pohody. Začala som veľkými vecami, ako je stúpanie na čiary a hlavne nestúpanie na biele čiary na prechode 😀🙈 ale postupne som objavila, že je takýchto vecí v každodennom živote hodne. Nie sú samozrejme tak zásadné ako zebra a kachličky, ale istým spôsobom skladám veci, alebo sa ráno chystám, alebo mám napríklad obľúbený pohár. Nechcem tým povedať, že teraz všetko robím inak, ale občas to vyskúšam. A spravím to naschvál, len aby som si zároveň uvedomila, že sa vôbec nič nedeje a že to neovplyvní...nič. Vyskúšaj dnes. Dovoľ si stúpiť na čiaru a usmej sa ešte drzo, jak si jej to nandala! A buď free 😀👍 Daj mi vedieť, čo je tvoja povinná záležitosť alebo či skúsiš niečo takéto zo života odstrániť...dooosť sa teším 🤣

For those of you who prefer to train at home here is something I do to help with the leg burn. I do this sequence as a pre-fatigue set so when you move onto your controlled squats/lunges your legs are already fatigued. Disclaimer🔻: This post is about to break some stereotypes and myths about Squat(the fundamental exercise for legs). . ⏺I hear people saying don't bring knees forth toes while squatting, can anyone tell me why? Just cause it brings more tension in thighs? . ⏺But doing so aren't we neglecting how much more our muscles are capable of? The glute(biggest muscle is body) isn't completely working, just cause we are reducing the rep range, and focusing more on one muscle( THE THIGHS). . Will you call that functional and effective training? Or just a side effect of improper knowledge and miscommunication? . 🔻When we squat our thighs work to bear the load, our psoas muscles stabilize us and glutes act as a rack of a drawer and guide us all the way down. . Now if we are only fixating on half rep, will it be good for overall fitness? No! . | P R O G R E S S | . I am starting a new at home fitness program, this program is 20-30 minutes a day using light or medium weights or no equipment at all! Now for the kicker it’s for 100 days!!! Yup you read that right 💯days... each day is a different workout so there is no chance of getting bored! I am going to steam my workouts online via my virtual NetFlex and the program was designed by a celebrity super trainer!!! I will also be following a personalized nutrition program designed specifically for my body and I get to do it with a group of badass women that are supporting me and encouraging me daily in our online group and app. . Above are my results I have had from the promo workouts I got access to, to get me ready for day 1 starting on July 29th. These promo workouts are sneak peaks of what’s to come and are teaching me the moves we will be doing through the 100 days. I started the promo workouts on July 1st, it’s the 17th today so in just over two weeks I am down 5lbs and am already seeing the changes in my body!!
