Minęły dwa miesiące od porodu 🙂 W 8 dobie rozpoczęłam treningi z własnym programem Połóg. Dziś zakończyłam program i oto efekty. Początkowy rozstęp mieni prostych brzucha był na szerokość 2,5 mojego palca. Obecnie jest całkowicie zamknięty. Wykonywałam program nieco dłużej niż zakłada plan treningowy dołączony do opakowania, by w pełni zamknąć rozstęp. Sukces! Moje ciało jest w pełni funkcjonalnie sprawne. Mięśnie dna miednicy bez zarzutu, ramiona, nogi brzuch bez żadnych śladów przebytej ciąży i to już trzeciej (no poza skóra, ale to wiadomo, potrzeba jeszcze czasu;) ) Z tej okazji dziś program treningowy POŁÓG W PROMOCJI!!! At the beginning of the month, some friends and I put together a private FB group that was based on a #NoGymNoProblem theme. We created #workouts, found workouts and shared them, provided #healthy tips, and did some motivational posts too. I am really proud of the group and the contributions, and I can honestly say that I’m excited about the personal changes that I’ve made because of the group. I’m getting more creative in the types of workouts that I do, and I’m finding places to #workout l that make me want to workout. (I did my lower body workout in my dark living room this morning. Then I did it again while Gus played on the #beach. It didn’t take long for my legs to burn, and I didn’t need to #run for an hour to feel like I got a workout in. #funchanges) I’m so #grateful for the friends who helped me with the group and even more grateful for the friends who chose to join us. GOOD MORNING☀️ Today I decided to get up extra EXTRA early to not only workout earlier but I also wanted to make this morning special. 😉 Usually my husband just walks out the door and grabs a coffee on the way to work (no breakfast consumed- not a proper one). Если у вас нет фитнессрезинок, утяжелителей, гантелей и вообще никакого спортинвентаря, то для усиления нагрузки во время тренировки можно использовать обычную подушку!!! Да!!! Нога остается в зафиксированном положении, необходимость удерживать подушку создает дополнительное мышечное напряжение.В общем, всё горит, в том числе руки и пресс. At home, no jump HIIT workout 🏋️‍♂️ I live in a flat so sometimes if I fancy a workout at home I need to be careful not to jump around too much and piss of the neighbours 🙈 This low-impact at home workout will give you a sweat 💦 without any angry banging from next door! ➡️ This workout takes just 15 minutes of your day, it’ll get your heart pumping and engage most of your major muscles. What’s your excuse for not getting this done?? 30 secs on / 30 secs off. 5 rounds 🛎 1️⃣ Mountain climbers - Keep your core tight and spine neutral, drive your knee to your chest alternately as fast as you can without losing form. Breathe. 2️⃣ Squat to Back lunge - Tilt your hips forward and back to find your neutral spine then squat down, weight in heels and making sure you can knees don’t go over your toes. Then straight back into a lunge keeping tension in your legs - back to squat and lunge with the opposite lunge. Don’t stop! 3️⃣ Press ups to downward dog - This one hits your triceps whilst helping with shoulder mobility. Don’t let your hips dip, keep spine straight and elbows pointing towards the back to the room. Then hips up to downward dog.
