When it comes to food, I've recently only been posting my wholefood meals that are either lunch on training days (more calories) or supper on non-workout days, but this is my typical breakfast for over 9years now. By swapping out 2 main meals for a low cal, nutrient dense shake, along with Protein based snacks and regular exercise, I've dropped over 15kg of fat mass and gained 4kg lean muscle mass AND successfully kept off the weight for over 3yrs already.
