Это те самые пять основных составляющих для организма, влияющих на эластичность и растяжку мышц и связок 🤔 Больше всего коллагена находится: ⠀. ⠀1️⃣в рыбе лососевых пород, таких как форель, семга, горбуша, кета; ⠀2️⃣На втором месте расположились индейка, говядина, свинина, крольчатина и яйца ⠀. ⠀. ⠀🤸🏼‍♀Следующее правило хорошей гибкости - пейте больше воды (именно воды❗️ не путать с соками, чаем и другими напитками). Это важно в первую очередь для нормального очищения организм и правильной работы метаболизма. Наш мозг очень любит кофе, ведь благодаря ему он становится более производительным и лучше генерирует идеи. Но для гибкости кофе не союзник. Not my typical #mondaymotivation post 🙈 ugh this stuff never gets easier sharing. ⁣Just wanna start off by saying , by NO means am I saying I look bad.. but I definitely don’t look like I did last week. ⁣ ⁣⁣ Over the last 8 weeks, I have worked my butt off. I have managed to get my nutrition back 80/20 sometimes even 90/10.. after being soo off all summer. Last week was the first week I was SO happy with my results. I was looking strong, lean & just felt good all around. ⁣⁣ ⁣⁣ Then when I knew I needed to REALLY lock down my nutrition, as the end of the program was nearing, & knowing I have to share my transformation this weekend.. I self sabotaged myself. I got in the way of my own goals. I let my personal life/emotions get in the way of my goals. The more I thought about how I needed to stop the eating, the more I ate.. The more I thought about how I had to be a better example for the ladies in my group..I ate. ⁣⁣ ⁣⁣ Self sabotage is something that you can stop. You just need to identify what the real problem is. I’m not 100% sure yet, but I think mine has a bit to with fear of failure.. There was a definite fear of not having the results I wanted , so at least if I stuff my face & ruin my results myself, I can blame that? I’d have a legitimate excuse as to why I didn’t, instead of working so hard & being let down.. i dunno. Just thinking out loud. I’m sure there’s more to it, & I will work to figure out what it is. ⁣⁣ ⁣⁣ But just wanna leave you guys with this. Even though I binged at night for 3 days.. I had NO intentions of quitting. I took a step back & really asked myself what I wanted MOST rather then what I wanted in the moment. I know I’m not gonna stop working out after this program, I know this is my lifestyle. I think I was putting a little too much pressure on myself & forgot the real reason as to why I workout & why I eat healthy (most of the time 😝) Cause it makes me FEEL GOOD. ⁣⁣ ⁣⁣ Setbacks happen, but you have to KEEP GOING! ❤️
