BJJ is obviously an individual sport. You be your opponent. Train more and get better right......? - Kinda. All of the progress I’ve made has been because of my professor @cassiowerneckjiujitsu and training partners like the guy here in the pic @jjjitsu . I ask a ton of questions after rolls, I make sure I get input from my training partners to see what they see, good or bad. Yeah, the more mat time I get the better, but I also find that being absolutely relentless in finding out what I’m doing wrong has helped so much. Taking the criticism/weakness, understanding it, ruminating on it, practicing it, then making it a strength. Б/Ж/У 199/104/571 Описание тренировки в коментах ⬇️ ⠀ По питанию: 09:30 - кофе с протеином, печенье 🍪 и бисквиты 15:45 - гречка с яичницей 16:30 - хлопья «Хрутка», апельсин 17:50 - филе с огурцами 23:20 - тёплое молоко с мёдом и кокосовым маслом, хлебцы День начался с легкого пробуждения и не очень здорового, но очень вкусного 😋 завтрака. Кофеёк с протеином и печенюшки с бисквитами залетели на раз-два. Печенье 🍪 от Wagon Wheels 9 из 10 точно, а вот в бисквитах карамельная начинка толком не ощущалась. После такого завтрака мощно потренировался, вроде бы по чуть-чуть, но удаётся добавлять общий объём (тоннаж) на тренировках, что конечно же не может не радовать. Ибо я и сам замечаю как становлюсь суше и выносливее, к тому же и сила вроде никуда не делась. Так что думаю в высокообъёмном тренинге есть много положительных сторон. На тренировке что бы сильно не проседать пил воду с лимонным, огуречным соками и мёдом с солью. Что бы сразу восполнять солевой баланс, так как потею я обильно. После зала неспеша дошёл до дома, поел и просто лежал 2 часа залипая в ютуб и похрустывая кукурузными хлопьями. Каеф... Перед выходом на работу заточил филе с огурцами и выдвинулся пешочком, что бы это всё обилие еды переварилось. На работе ничего особо интересного не было, потренировал 2ух клиентов и потопал домой. Перед сном стандарт в виде молока с мёдом и кокосовым маслом. In this clip I show you the preacher curl and how to do it correctly and avoid some common mistakes. • The first mistake I see is when people don't take the bar all the way down. Don't hyper-extend at the elbow but stop just short of it. Full range of motion is important. • The other mistake is when people move their upper arm when it should stay in place and the elbow should be moving only the forearm. If you take a rope and both ends of the rope are moving, there is no tension on the rope. The bicep isn't really moving anything if you roll your shoulder forward while taking the bar down. • The most common of all is resting at the top position instead of contracting the muscle hard. That's a wasted repetition because the full contraction wasn't there. The reason you are able to relax is because the forearm reaches a perpendicular angle to the ground and the weight is acting on your joint, not your muscle. • So the fix is to lean forward a little bit, drive your elbows into the mat, and then curl the bar up. Because you leaned forward, you are avoiding that no-tension zone where your forearm is perpendicular to the ground so at the top you have to flex very hard to control the weight. • Watch this video carefully as I demonstrate the right and wrong form of this exercise. • Hope this helps. It means that after you reach muscle failure, put the weight down, rest for 10-15 seconds, then do another set to failure. • The workout: 1️⃣ BENCH PRESS: 4 sets 2️⃣ INCLINE DUMBBELL PRESS: 3 sets 3️⃣ DUMBBELL FLYES: 3 sets 4️⃣ CABLE CROSSOVER (UPWARD ANGLE): 3 sets 5️⃣ TRICEPS PUSHDOWN: 4 sets 6️⃣ DUMBBELL OVERHEAD EXTENSION: 3 sets 7️⃣ LYING CABLE EXTENSION: 3 sets • I had no access to a gym for the past week. A lot of people think that they will lose the muscle and gain fat if they stop and get paranoid. • Some think the muscle will turn into fat. That's not physically possible btw. They are 2 different kinds of tissue. What typically happens is that you keep eating the same number of calories and you start gaining fat and losing muscle at the same time. • But muscle loss doesn't occur in one week. It doesn't occur in 2 weeks either, and probably not in 3 weeks. It will take at least a month to start losing muscle. • What happens in the first few weeks is that your muscles get flat because they don't require enough glycogen because you aren't training. That is very quickly reversible in as little as one training session for that muscle. • Even when you lose muscle, it is very easy to gain it back. To gain muscle in the first place is much harder.
