Połowa maja... co z tą pogodą ?! 😤 Już mi się tęskni za jakimś wyjazdem... gdzie jest ciepło i słonecznie 🌞 Człowiek wraca do domu i od razu musi wznowić suplementacje witaminą D 😅 Żeby było trochę merytoryki w poście napisze, że większość ludzi w naszym kraju ma niedobór tej niesamowicie ważnej witaminy. Najlepiej byłoby zrobić badanie krwi 25(OH)D3, wtedy wiemy na czym stoimy i w razie sporych niedoborów możemy dobrać odpowiednią dawkę. Osobiście suplementuje 2000, a w okresie zimowym 4000 jednostek. Uważam, że w naszym kraju suplementacja witaminą D jest konieczna. Although my hamstrings are one of my better body parts...there’s a lot of illusions going on here. Camera angle, torso further away than legs gives more contrast, quads smashing into bench gives more appearance to leg thickness, etc. I could of used some filters and created a small white lie, but not how I like to roll. Point of the post is to realize what you see in IG land might not be as impressive as we think or what others want us to think. I don’t post to satiate my ego...I post to try and share my experience to educate. Anyways, my hamstring training over the years...RDL, sldl, hybrid deadlifts, hyperextensions, and leg curls. Often using 2 of those at a time, 3-4 sets on the avg, 4-10 reps on those compounds and 8-15 on the isolations, 1-2x/week on the avg, Magic to the gains isn’t one specific scheme, but rather the three decades of time under tension using a variety of those aspects to weave my way to sustained progress. #3dmusclejourney #team3dmj #3dmj #dedication #desire #discipline #nofilter #bereal #lettheworkspeak #bodybuilding #naturalbodybuilding
