🐸 Bhekasana 베카사나 . 오늘 수련은 전반적으로 관절 마디마디가 부드러운 느낌이었어요. 몸은 가벼웠고요. 왜 수련할 때 '아 오늘 느낌 좋다' '삘이 온다' 하는 날이요. 제가 오늘 그런 날이 었어요. . Utthita Hasta Padangusthasana 오늘은 오른쪽 C 에서 D로 넘어갈 때 좀 흔들거렸지만 정신을 다 잡고 끝까지 다리를 내려놓지 않고 끝까지 해냈어요. . Ardha Baddha Padmottanasana 양쪽모두 햄스트링 의 자극없이 부드럽게 했고 . Bhekasana 조금만 더 하면 뒤꿈치가 바닥에 닿을 것 같은데..언젠가는 닿겠죠? . Pincha Mayurasana 아이고..여러번 떨어졌죠. 오늘은 구르지 않았어요. 원래 아쉬탕가 요가 수련에 있어서 벽 에다 연습하는건 저도 선생님도 추천하진 않으시지만..오늘은 벽을 이용해 다리를 빠르게 붙여 발끝을 벽에서 띄워 중심잡는 연습을 했어요. . 오늘은 매연 냄새도 덜 났고 조용한 분위기 속에서 사바사나까지 마무리를 했네요. 사바사나하다 잠든건 안비밀 . 어젯 밤 인도, 마이소르 사람들도 불금을 즐기나봐요. 폭죽소리와 시끄럽게 수다떠는 소리에 (옆집사는 인도 이웃 분의 소리가 다 들려요) 결국 창문을 닫고서야 잠을 좀 잘 수 있었어요. . 그때문인가.. 오늘의 사바사나는 👍🏻 말해뭐해 최고였어요. . . . #475번째수련190921 #ashtangayoga #bhekasana #yejiyoga #yogaeverydamnday #아쉬탕가요가 #베카사나 #인도마이소르 #mysoreyoga

Have you been curious to learn about Ashtanga Mysore? Join @angeliqueyoga on Sunday, October 6th from 11am - 1pm. In this workshop, we will explore the Ashtanga Yoga Mysore method. Ashtanga is a vinyasa system that synchronizes movement and posture with the rhythm of the breath. It is a set sequence of poses intentionally organized to progress the student deeper into their body, mind, and inner self to achieve eventual total self transformation. Mysore is a self-practice approach where the student learns the sequence gradually through one on one interactions with the teacher within the group setting. The student practices what they have learned at their own pace, to the rhythm of their breath. The workshop will work with the initial postures of the primary series and give the student an introduction to the process of the Mysore method so that you know what to expect when you join the Mysore program. This Introductory Workshop will also provide the student with a basic knowledge of the history of the lineage, and philosophical concepts integral to the practice. Workshop includes admittance to the Mysore classes the following week Monday & Wed 5:45am - 8:30am Tues & Thurs 5:45am - 7:45am Guided Full Primary Series Friday 6:00am #ashtangayoga

Visvamitrasana is definitely not an easy pose and it’s not something that you can do in your first class. But by practising certain asanas you can build a good foundation for it. . 🍀 Seated side stretch . 🍀Revolved head to knee/ Parivratta JanuSirsasana - Lower left shoulder to the left knee. - Turn the cheat towards the ceiling - Point the elbows towards the ceiling. . 🍀 Modified Visvamitrasana - Lower hips - Keep right knee and hip in line - Press left arm into the left leg - Point right elbow towards the ceiling - Turn the chest and armpit towards the ceiling. You can also modify by resting the left toe of the wall taking some load of the left arm and right knee and work towards extending the right knee straight with time. .
