Am primit ieri si azi multe intrebari legate de : “ de ce mananci aceeasi mancare multe zile la rand, nu te plictisesti, care e scopul”? Pai scopul e simplu : nici nu trebuie sa stau sa va explic celor care nu intelegeti care-i scopul, nu ati inteles pana acum si probabil o sa va ia mult timp sa intelegeti! Mi-am asumat public ca va ajut cat pot, cu ce infos posed si cu ce am invatat pana acum, dar nu imi place sa vb de n ori pe acelasi subiect. 1. Am si eu ca si majoritatea omanilor un job ( am mai multe angajamente si ajut si alti oameni nu lucrez doar pt mine) si nu am mult timp liber, in timpul liber merg la sala sau dorm , in rest lucrez!!!!! Asa ca imi este usor sa-mi prepar mancarea pt mai multe zile, plus sapt trecuta am contactat un virus la stomac si ceva probleme cu bila de la oboseala asa ca am ales sa schimb putin alimentatia si sa folosesc alimente care nu ma baloneaza, sa schimb sursa principala de proteina ca sa pot sa pun masa de calitate. Nu ma deranjeaza sa mananc aceleasi alimente, fac asta de un an si ceva. Prefer sa mananc simplu, nu-mi place sa combin mai multe surse de proteina la o masa si asa functioneaza corpul meu. Mancarea sta pe limba o secunda, doua, dupa care merge in stomac si de acolo unde trebuie sa ajunga, folosesc mancarea ca un combustibil, eu asa vad lucrurile si aleg alimente din care corpul meu sa beneficieze la maxim de tot ceea ce mananc. Nutritia este un domeniu in care inveti in fiecare zi, nu-ti ajunge o viata de om ca sa studiezi tot, dar invata sa-ti cunosti corpul si o sa-ti fie mai usor. Daca deranjeaza pe cineva ca mananc in fiecare zi aceleasi alimente I Don’t Give a Fuck!!!! Sunteti liberi sa nu ma mai urmariti, nu o sa mananc sau postez altceva pentru ca e cool pe insta sa postezi nu stiu ce! Nu, eu postez ce fac , atata tot! Iar pt acei oameni care se asteapta ca intr-o zi sa postez o pastila sau un exercitiu magic care sa te slabeasca in 3 zile : wake up people!!!! Nu exista!!! Alimentatia, miscarea si consecventa sunt raspunsul!!!!!!!!!! Si sa ma ganditi de 3 ori cand o sa mai radeti de o persoana : mananca aceasi mancare, abia m-am trezit si e in sala iar? That’s the answer! I’m off to work! Succes!

Je commence encore la journée avec un bowlcake, banane / coco cette fois 🍌 J’ai quelques bananes bien mûres à finir, peut être que je ferais des pancakes avec les dernières demain 😋 . Pour le bowlcake j’ai utilisé une banane mûre, un œuf, 3 CAS de lait de coco, 20g de flocons d’avoine, 10g de poudre d’amande, 10g de coco rappée. . -⠀ Are you hungry all the time?⠀ If you answered yes, then this post is for you 🌟⠀ -⠀ Some reasons why you might be feeling constantly hungry:⠀ 🥦 Low fibre intake⠀ 💦 Poor hydration⠀ 🍟 Poor food choices⠀ 😴 Poor sleep quality/lack of sleep⠀ 🍌 Not consuming enough micronutrients⠀ -⠀ “So what do I do?”⠀ -⠀ 🥦 Consume more fibrous foods such as broccoli, carrots, potatoes, raspberries, avocado’s etc. When you consume fibrous foods your body takes longer to digest, therefore leaving you fuller for much longer.⠀ -⠀ 💦 Drink more water!! The daily average that I recommend my clients to drink is anywhere between 2-4L. Your body send you the same signals for when it’s hungry AND thirsty - so make sure you stay hydrated because most of the time our bodies are craving water. This also keeps you feeling fuller for longer.⠀ -⠀ 🍟 When you’re only consuming calorie dense meals, you won’t be getting the volume that your body needs to stay full. Make sure you are incorporating the 80/20 rule - 80% wholefoods and 20% calorie dense food.⠀ -⠀ 😴 Getting enough sleep is integral to every part of your body and mind. Lack of sleep causes several issues including stalled weight loss, water retention, digestive issues, low energy, poor performance and of course low satiety which means that your body is sending you hunger signals, causing you to overeat.⠀ -⠀ 🍌 When you’re not consuming enough micronutrients (micronutrients are vitamins and minerals found in foods that our bodies need in trace amounts for normal growth and development), your bodily functions aren’t working optimally. Decidme que no sois de es@s que por prisas o pereza vais directamente al grano 🙏🏼 Antes de comenzar el entrenamiento, independientemente de si buscamos un récord personal o simplemente divertirnos, debemos seguir una rutina de calentamiento y activación previa. . ¿POR QUÉ Y CÓMO HACERLO?👇🏼 . ✅Es importante porque puede ayudarnos a evitar lesiones. ✅Es útil a la hora de concentrarnos y mentalizarnos para el esfuerzo. Es clave afrontar las series sin estar pensando en el examen de la semana que viene o qué cocinaremos esta noche. ✅Las series de aproximación son esenciales, ya que nos ayudan a reclutar las fibras musculares y favorecen que nuestro cuerpo se acostumbre progresivamente a la carga. ❌Calentar y estirar NO SON LO MISMO. Diversos estudios demuestran que los estiramiento estáticos antes del esfuerzo DISMINUYEN el rendimiento y NO protegen contra lesiones. En su lugar, lo óptimo sería adoptar una rutina de activación dinámica para lubricar articulaciones y prepararnos para el esfuerzo. ✅Una de las claves menos conocidas y explotadas es la posibilidad de incluir trabajo de pre-activación con baja carga para mejorar la conexión mente-músculo y conseguir así un entrenamiento más eficiente. ✅Dedica unos minutos a elevar pulsaciones antes de entrenar.
