REPOST: @lrefitness 💘 “So I am a spin girl who dabbles in HITT classes, I never do Pilates or Lagree method (I learned when I got there this IS different than Pilates!!!) I went in with an open mind & absolutely LOVED it! My instructor, @gracebaen , was seriously amazing. She broke down what was very intimidating into such simple steps and walked us through the machine during the beginning of class. We mostly did legs and abs moves during class and even after one set everything was shaking & while it was super hard and out of my comfort zone it literally stretched my muscles in a way they aren’t used to & it felt so effective. Even the smallest move you could tell was working everything starting with your core. • But back to Grace, she made the class! She had the most soothing yet confident voice as well as really connected mind, body, & soul in an amazing way & giving us space to push our bodies to what they are really capable of! • If you are in LA I highly recommend going to @thestudiomdr & taking Graces class. Even if you have never done this menthol before. I haven’t but even after one class I want to start adding more Pilates/ Lagree to my normal routine!”
