Can’t spell legendary without leg day 🙌🏾 Full leg day routine tonight. Started off with heavy barbell back squats and then finished the workout with high heavy volume work. For legs I like to go for pretty heavy but high reps. I was also focusing on the pump around all parts of the leg which includes quads, hamstrings, glutes , and hips. NO MORE BLAME GAME 🤷‍♀️ Turns out social media may not be the problem, Some important information between the correlation of social media and psychological well-being especially in adolescents 👌 I found this very interesting as I myself first thought social media caused decreases in well-being and would of been predictive of individuals psychology. However it seems that it is a reversal with an individual’s psychology actually being a determinant of social media use 🤯 So social media may not be as bad as first thought in causing issues, but may be a detrimental to certain individual already prone to/experiencing decreased well-being! Studies previously performed on the links between social media and psychology as mentioned in the book are quiet flawed but something for us all to ponder 🤔 @drandygalpin thank you for spreading your knowledge 🙌

Brutal workout tonight: torched my Quads. The SSB Squats are by design a “squat good morning” – it is not my technique that is broken; it is the way the SSB has been built. Good news is that next rotation will involve Belt Squats on the Cable machine. This means I can add regular Barbell Back Squats till my lower back or shoulders are fatigued and then I can hop onto Belt Squats to keep the leg torture going. __ 06 Dec 2019 Fri __ QUADS __ Format = Weight x Reps x Sets Weight = in KGS PR = Personal Record __ A1. I think it's a common misconception that protein is only for those chasing gains. - Yeah, it's important for growing muscles, but protein plays an important role in just daily bodily functions. - Cell development, hair skin and nail health, muscle preservation, and more are all things protein plays a role in. - Don't underestimate the role of protein in your everyday life. Gym goer or not, everyone can stand to increase their protein.
