Another necessary aspect of fight training the average person is not willing to do is bag work, A LOT of it, for long durations, like 2-3 hours for example. It is also how you get your shins hard, by kicking the shit out of the bag for hours at a time daily for several years. I enjoy training by myself and believe 1-2 days a week of solo training is beneficial. MITOS dan FAKTA tentang membangun otot six pack 1. Latihan Abs/Perut bisa ngurangin body fat. Jutaan orang di dunia ini setiap hari nya crunches ratusan kali dan berpikir bahwa latihan tsb bisa bikin lemak di perut berkurang. Its totally FALSE. Ngurangin body fat itu dengan cara DEFICIT KALORI jadi gunain lemak di tubuh sebagai cadangan energy selama defisit. 2. Latihan otot perut tiap hari biar cepet six pack. This opinion also totally FLASE. Latihan otot perut ngga cuman dengan gerakan isolasi kalian jg bisa Squat, deadlift, bench press, millitary press untuk ngelatih kekuatan core tubuh, gerakan tadi juga membantu pembentukan otot perut setiap repetisinya. 3. Latihan perut bikin waist gede.
