We are going to get your Gluteus Medius FIRING🔥⁣ ⁣ 3 exercises! All recruit your gluteus medius 🍑⁣ ⁣ 1️⃣ Bent leg raise against a wall. You want 90 degrees at the hip and knees. Focus on lifting the leg up, sliding the foot against the wall. Movement is minimum here. ⁣ ⁣ 2️⃣ Clamshells. Making sure you aren’t rotating in the hips.⁣ ⁣ 3️⃣ Side step with band. Squat down, make sure the band is taut (not stretched) and focus on pushing the band out at the knees when you step (this makes sure you aren’t straining the knee).⁣ ⁣ Don’t let it become a pain in the butt 😏😂 Focus on keeping this muscle active and strong my friends!
