VEGAN CHOCOLATE MINI TARTS Wow, these tarts were BOMB! Thanks so much @finer.minds for the amazing recipe! 💓 As mentioned before, I don't really make raw treats or even just treats in general that often, but it's recipes like these that make me feel like I should. I mean, they're just SO tasty and also way better than most pre-packaged items in my opinion. Also, and I don't know about you, but I personally love recipes that are both simple and contain ingredients that I generally always have on hand, so this recipe was perfect! I must note though that I didn't have any salted caramel protein powder, so I just used chocolate instead. But still, suuuuper good! Little bit of experimenting last night - 5 cheese macaroni, on a bed of spinach and mushrooms (cooked in cream cheese!) And sliced tomatoes 😍 OMG. I love it. It's going on the menu! Unfortunately all portions are gone for now (either eaten by me or sold already!) But let me know if you want to try this and I'll cook up some more! Although not traditionally 'healthy' it can be quite easily fitted into a balanced diet, especially when working out at a high intensity - even when dropping nearly 3kg in 3 weeks! (those that know me, know that I have Macaroni cheese every Monday, and a less healthy version than this!) I worked it out at around 720 calories a portion (very difficult to portion exactly, so assume a 10% margin of error), so not terrible for a dinner... have it with a salad, instead of garlic bread 👍(And cut your snacks down/out throughout the day - 'save' your calories for it, it's worth it!) :D #mealprep #macaronicheese #balanced #balanceddiet

Today's meals brought to you by the late shift 🙄. 11 hr shift with only one 30 min break so that's 2 meals one of which I have to eat Al desko so something I can eat cold that doesn't smell so generally I go for a salad, then later on I go for a hot meal for break time to microwave. Today's salad is mixed leaves, cucumber, cherry tomatoes, goats cheese pearls, and garlic olives topped with slices of chorizo and King prawns with blobs of chovi alioli (if you've never had, I feel sorry for you. Food of the gods 🤤) Today's hot meal is tenderstem brocolli, supposed to be blanched but I'm no octopus so it ended up on the hob for a bit longer than I wanted because I was doing (or trying to do) a few things at once, not soggy but just as crispy as I like. Garlic herby butter mushrooms and half a pack of aldi Fajita Stir fry.
