"Practice yoga once or twice a week to change your body. Practice three or four times a week to change your mind. Practice everyday to change your life" Last year I was living in a new city with two little babies who inspired me to become a better person, to take care, seize and enjoy my body, mind and soul. I found on yoga a way to move my body daily at home. After a couple of months of practice, something inside my mind changed, I felt empowered and it's been a year since I posted a yoga pose on IG. I can't hardly express how grateful I am for this community, the knowledge and inspiration you share everyday on these little squares. To celebrate my first anniversary I chose this pose to share my progress. Malasana was my first "goal pose" (it still is), and I am really proud of the progress. Swipe to see how it used to be at the beginning. 👉 There are many differences that you can easily notice: now my ankles reach the floor, my back is much more straight, I wear @vayumudra, and I am better with my phone 😅. But the main difference is not visible, it is inside me, the way my hips feels now, but also the happier I feel in many aspects of my life.
