Another week and so so close to that 19 stone target I want to hit. Really happy with almost 2 pounds though, felt like I was a bit heavier. All moving in the right direction. Bet anyone of you that read this are getting bored of week in week out me posting a picture of the scales, I'm doing this more for a blog and to keep track of what I've done, also knowing anyone can see this is giving me that extra kick to keep on. This journey, man. Whew! Its been so great and some times of frustration, but I just keep on kickin (thanks mostly to my husband who wouldnt let me quit and has been THE best accountability partner ever.) I mean, he did not in any way need to go on keto with me, but he did. He promised he'd do it with me for a year and it's been almost 9 months! Talk about support. 26 pounds down and I feel fantastic 💪 Hoping to get to my 40 lb goal by the end our journey. We shall see. Its been slow and steady, but recently I've kicked it up a few notches because I can finally see the finish line. Seasonal depression is in full swing and even though I adore Christmas time, the excitement of the holidays just isn’t helping me today.
