Il pandoro anche se non e il mio dolce Natalizio 🎁🎄 preferito , è sempre uno dei miei preferiti ma purtroppo è tra i dolci più calorici , ho deciso di proporlo in versione LIGHT E FIT senza burro e zucchero !! Il risultato è stato gradevole , da migliorare l'estetica , ma essendo un dolce molto difficile da preparare , come prima volta va bene.. 😊 . ECCO LA RICETTA 👇👇 INGREDIENTI : 🔸️ 300 grammi di farina manitoba 🔸️ 250 grammi di farina 00 🔸️ 3 uova 🥚 🔸️ 150 ml di latte scremato 🥛 🔸️ 15 grammi di lievito di birra 🔸️ Aroma vanillina 🔸️ 70g di stevia o miele 🍯 🔸️ 30 ml di olio evo .
