I started off my day today with a pretty negative attitude. I let my pump fully expire at 7:30AM, deactivated it, ripped it off my arm and didn’t get up to change it until almost 10:00. Of course my blood sugar was shit at a 331. I was a little hungover and so I literally got up at the last possible minute I could leave myself to make my facial appointment. Appointment was longer than expected and I was STARVING. Drove to my parents house and was just immediately annoyed by everything my mother was saying to me. Left the house to help my brother with a broken down vehicle and turned on my podcast. ✨Listened to @msrachelhollis podcast ⏩ felt like a complete ass hole for choosing to have a negative attitude about my day off, and most of my days off actually✨ So you guys, I talk a lot of talk. And for the working out aspect this time around, I’ve pretty much been staying on track but here’s the thing: I can do WAY better. I want to be better for me but I want to show up here everyday and inspire you guys too. I want to share my story I want to connect and I want you to share your stories with me too! Sometimes I get into a funk, which we ALL do. I constantly make excuses for myself. I constantly justify why I’m not reaching goals or even setting goals. It’s time to make a plan. I know there’s many of you who can relate. I need the little girl in this photo to admire and look up to her aunty. So here are five things from this podcast that I am going to start focusing on - not tomorrow - not on Monday - not next month - not after the new year - TODAY: 1. Drink half of your body weight in ounces every single day 2. Cut something out of your diet that you KNOW ISNT GOOD FOR YOU for 30 days. Do. Not. Cheat. 3. Wake up an hour earlier every day 4. Be active! Every day. We are animals, our bodies need to MOVE 5. Write down 10 things you’re grateful for at the end of the day that happened to you THAT DAY. (I.e. spending some time this sunny afternoon with my imaginative, funny, adorable, kindhearted niece!) I know this post is super long, so if you’ve made it this far, thank you! 👉 Dopo le numerose richieste ho deciso di pubblicare un altro esempio di dieta ipocalorica fatta in collaborazione con un biologo nutruzionista. . Questa dieta è un esempio, facciamo caso che la donna in questione pratica una moderata attività fisica e il suo fabbisogno calorico giornaliero è di 1700 kcal ( è solo un esempio), per poter perdere peso dobbiamo creare un lieve deficit calorico. . Abbiamo impostato una dieta da 1342 kcal, in media dovrebbe perdere dai 350gr-500gr a settimana.Abbiamo suddiviso in questo modo i macronutrienti: grassi--->Non bisogna mai scendere sotto a 30-40g negli uomini e 40-60g nelle donne, per evitare ipovitaminosi e cali ormonali. Carboidrati--->La quota di carboidrati dipende dal rapporto tra sensibilità/resistenza insulinica. Più l’adipocita si sgonfia ed il muscolo consuma glicogeno durante l’attività fisica, più migliora l’affinità coi carboidrati. Proteine--> dovranno rimanere alte durante il regime ipocalorico, questo sia per preservare la massa magra ed il metabolismo, sia per aumentare il senso di sazietà. (Rinde dos porciones tamaño pocillo de café). 1 huevo (yo use los de @tequierofresco )🥄3 cdas de harina integral🥄 1 Cdita de polvo para hornear🥄1 sobre de edulcorante🥄1 cda de harina de algarroba🥄1 cda que queso descremado. Mezclar todos los ingredientes, colocar en los pocillos (atenti que la preparación no llegue a la mitad de la taza por qué leva un montón) yo o agregue 1/2 barra de cacao amargo a cada uno 🤤. Llevar al microondas, 2’ a potencia máxima. Właśnie na ten profil odsyłam Was po przepis, trochę trzeba poscrollować, ale zapewniam, że warto. U mnie pojawiła się jedna modyfikacja i zamiast masy z kaszy jaglanej, dałam budyń jaglany ugotowany na mleku roślinnym. Rib Eye Steak & Eggs for Breakfast: . The steak was cooked to 125°F for a prefect medium rare. Eggs were over easy, whites cooked, yolks creamy. One egg decided to be difficult. . Day one of the transition into the carnivore diet. This is going to be harder than I thought. All over IG there are men and women chowing down on 2 pounds of steak. I think about this a lot. Do you? 💄 I think it’s crazy how, for a bit of my adult life, I thought skin actually kept us safe by keeping all the bad things out. Then I started learning how skin ABSORBS things. And how it absorbs some toxins extremely well.
