🇬🇧 Banana bread chocolate muffins 😋. With a little twist on how to integrate the chocolate, not going to lie though is was hard waiting for the chocolate to cool down before devouring everything 🙄. The full recipe is available on our stories and on our blog obviously 🙊. . In a bowl mix 2 ripe bananas, 2 eggs, 3 tbsp milk of choice, 2 tbsp honey 🍯. In another mix 120g oat flour, 80g wholewheat flour, 1 tbsp cinnamon and 1 tbsp baking powder. Mix it with the wet ingredients. Add a handful of chocolate chips. Put mixture in a baking tray and off to the oven 20 mins at 190•. In the meantime mix 70g melted dark chocolate with 2 tbsp natural yoghurt. Once the muffins are ready take a roller and make holes in the middle of each muffins make sure you stop right before the end and pour the chocolate mixture in the holes. Let it cool down for about 1 hour. . Enjoy ❤️ - what are your favourite muffins you guys? 🤔 • • • • 🇫🇷Banana bread muffins au chocolat 😋. Avec une petite astuce pour intégrer le chocolat cette fois 🍫. On va être honnête c’était compliqué d’attendre que le chocolat refroidisse avant de tout dévorer 🙄.La recette est disponible sur nos story et sur notre blog bien sûr 🍌. . Dans un bol mélanger 2 bananes mûres, 2 œufs, 3 cas de lait et 2 cas de miel 🍯. Dans un autre mélanger 120g de flocons d’avoine, 80g de farine de blé, 1 cas de cannelle, 1 sachet de levure chimique. Mélanger le mélange sec au premier mélange. Ajouter 1 grosse poignée de pépites de chocolat 🍫. Mettez le tout dans un moule à muffins et au four 20mins à 190•. Entre temps, mélanger 70g de chocolat noir fondu avec 2 cas de yaourt nature sans sucre. Une fois les muffins prêt, prenez un rouleau et faites un trou au milieu sans aller jusqu’au fond. If your goal is to see physical results, make sure you take progress pictures or record your measurements every week. If your goal is to boost your emotional health, record how you feel after each workout. 😃 3. Go easy on yourself. No one’s perfect. Many of us like to start our day with coffee.....I found I need a little adrenal support, but I’m not willing to give up my coffee altogether yet. I searched for adaptogens that weren’t ashwandaga as its a nightshade(cue migraines). I found this coffee that has adaptogens from mushrooms, but also had coffee, and its organic. Sunday crepes!! 😍💜🤤 Oh My Gosh!!! So good, and pretty!! I had to just sit and stare before diving in!! 😂 These dang things were so yummy! Crepes might be the new thing!! Bye, bye pancakes! 😂.. .. I used my Kodiak cakes mix to make these. Coconut oil, an egg, dash of salt and vanilla premiere protein and a little almond milk to really thin it all out. I was nervous and half expecting a disaster! But it turned out perfect! Thank you, thank you! 😋.. .. .. The filling is peanut butter mixed with vanilla greek yogurt and a little maple syrup. It was like the perfect amount of SWEET!! .. .. .. Gosh, I just want to eat this plate all over again!! 😋💪🏼.... .. .. Today I am doing nothing and feeling GOOD about doing NOTHING! 😂 .. .. .. Things don’t always go as planned. Sometimes things take a turn you didn’t see coming. There are times where you will be forced to make a choice you don’t want to make. You will fall. You will be knocked down. Again and again. You are not defined by your falls, but in how many times you get back up again. It wasn’t the day he trained for, but a fractured patella at mile 40 forced him to call it a day. Big props to this guy who now has a new accessory. He’s bummed, but he’ll be back...stronger than ever. There’s no stopping him!
