A little core circuit to keep things interesting✨ . I like to throw 2-4 core exercises together a few days a week to keep up with core strength. I used to not do much of anything and built a strong base with just my heavier lifting, but it’s a lot safer and better for you to make sure you know how to properly engage and brace your core. You definitely don’t need to dedicate a whole workout to it or do it every day (those muscles need rest too), you should definitely try and do something. . ✨Roll outs ✨Medicine ball pikes ✨Russian twists . Notice that I keep my back straight and the lower part isn’t curving in - a sign of proper bracing, so if you are unsure of your form do it in front of a mirror or record yourself! . I’ve been loving this superset to isolate the glutes: hip thrusts followed by banded abductions. I usually aim for 10reps on the hip thrusts and 25-30reps for the abduction🔥 I also can’t stop laughing at how ridiculous my facial expressions are during the hip thrusts😅🙈

Over 3 years ago this "kid" at the gym @mason_white90 said I want to be a bodybuilder and have you coach me AND be your training partner. Over the years I have never had a training partner consistently because honestly no one can keep up and they don't train at the same intensity. That's not to say I am gifted because I am not BUT I put blood sweat and tears into this "hobby" and take it more serious than I do anything else in life. I can say over the last three plus some years this guy has become my best friend and family. He trains at full throttle daily and pushes me and I push him so we both become the best we can be. Iron sharpens iron. Win,lose, or draw this weekend I wouldn't be at my "best" without him. Moral of the story training partners are GREAT if they have the same mindset.....if one is more serious than the other chances are it will not work out. Also be on the lookout for him this next year he got his first top 5 at junior nationals this past year in his first attempt at a junior level show. #mancrushmonday @gorillawearusa

I remember very vividly this conversation...it was one sided and not pleasant. I said “yes sir” and went back to the game. A message to all athletes young and old. You will not agree or understand everything your coach says. However it is your job to do what is asked to the best of your ability. In my opinion that is the definition of being Coachable, doing what is asked of you wether you understand why or not. If you don’t understand there is a time and place to have those conversations, in the middle of a game or practice is not one of them. Anzeige - Hydrafacial @fineskin_switzerland Zuerst wird eine Hautanalyse gemacht. Hierbei wird der Fett- und Feuchtigkeitsgehalt der Haut mit einem entsprechenden Messgerät gemessen. Anhand dieser Messung kann sich die Kosmetikerin ein Bild des Hauttyps machen. Im Anschluss werden passende Seren und Pflegemittel vorbereitet. Als erstes reinigt sie meine Haut mit einem milden chemischen Peeling. Hautschüppchen und Mitesser Adieu 😍. Sobald der Reinigungsprozess abgeschlossen ist, setzt die Kosmetikerin mit dem Pflegeprozess fort. Mittels Dermalinfusion wird das jeweilige Serum mit einem Hightech Gerät bis tief in die Poren geschleust, um die Haut bis in die Tiefe zu regenerieren. Der frische Teint kommt gleich zur Geltung. Anhand meines Videos seht ihr alle Schritte und auch Erklärung zu den Seren, welche bei mir benutzt worden sind. Es ist zu 100% schmerzlos. Und man kann ab 25 Jahren alle 4-6 Wochen gehen. Natürlich ist es keine Pflicht. Man merkt aber gleich nach der Behandlung, welche ca. 45-60 Minuten dauert, dass deine Haut viel reiner ist. Deine Poren sind von all dem Schmutz befreit, diesen sieht ihr sogar nach der Behandlung in einem grösseren Reagenzglas 🤢 erst dann checkst du, was schmutzig deine Haut war.
