200kg deadlift fail. Failed twice this year already. First attempt - few inches off the floor, second attempt - no movement but a bloody great isometric hold. ๐Ÿ˜‚ Third attempt, what you see in the vid. Past the knee. Now, I think I could have got it, it moved well, but back didnโ€™t feel perfect (looks okay in the vid mind you) and at the point I stopped, I was about to go into that shaky form that youโ€™ve seen people do just to squeeze out the last portion of the rep. I couldnโ€™t be arsed with that today. Itโ€™s not a competition and I know my back wouldnโ€™t thank me for it. Iโ€™d rather pick it up the whole way smooth. I only went for it today because 180 went up like I was picking up my cat. ๐Ÿ˜Ž Anyway, itโ€™s the lightest Iโ€™ve been and almost the best rep Iโ€™ve got on 200 Iโ€™ve ever done. I count this as a win. This helps warm up the body, stretch out any tightness and activate my core and pelvic floor. Itโ€™s literally been a game changer for me!! . Lift to shoulder height and control the weight down. Do not simply let the weight drop. The eccentric portion of the movement us extremely anabolic! _ 2๏ธโƒฃ DB bent over reverse fly๐Ÿ‘‰๐Ÿป12 reps - in order to isolate the rear delts we need to make sure we minimize the trapezius recruitment.
