GREEN CLEANING || . we have been green cleaning for almost 2 years now. its a switch i thought was going to be really complicated, but was actually so easy . i use four main ingredients in most of my cleaning products 🌿 white vinegar 🌿 citric acid 🌿 bicarb soda 🌿 essential oils that is all.. i occasionally use epsom salts, regular salt and castile soap. but not often. the great thing is you most likely have all these ingredients in your pantry, and they are cheap as. how cool is that?! . i do a kitchen sink scrub once a week, its so easy and works so well. i honestly dont enjoy cleaning, so i like to keep chores super simple and quick . HOW TO || ✨sprinkle bicarb over sink (i dont measure i just guess) i use a couple drops of lemon as well ✨ add a little white vinegar over the top and watch it fizzzzz. opal loves helping, she thinks its the coolest thing 😂 ✨ scrub away! ✨ use boiled water from the jug to rinse sink out. this process will also give your drains a good clean out, win win!

Neither of these dishes have sugar and only contain a total carb count of 5g!!! And both are mouth watering delicious. Ingredients:
2 cups grated caul

Grilled Turkey and Cheddar “Sandwich” Ingredients: 2 cups grated cauliflower 1 egg 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese 1/4 tsp dried Italian seasoning 2/3 cup shredded 2% sharp cheddar cheese 6 ounces thinly sliced turkey breast Directions: In a medium bowl, combine grated cauliflower, egg, Parmesan cheese, and Italian seasonings. Mix until evenly combined. Set aside. Heat a large non-stick skillet or griddle over medium heat. Spray with cooking spray. Scoop the cauliflower mixture into a small patty and place on the skillet or griddle. Repeat to form a second, third and fourth patty. These are your “bread” slices. Press down on the pieces with a spatula and cook until golden underneath, about 5 minutes. Flip and cook until the other sides are golden, about 3 minutes more. Top a cauliflower slice with 1/3 cup cheese and 3 ounces of turkey. Place a cauliflower slice on top. Repeat with the other two slices. You will have two sandwiches. Cook until cheese is melted, about 2 minutes more per side. These two! What can I say? The last couple of day have been difficult. There has been a lot of complaining, a lot of arguing, whining, fighting, and yelling. I have heard I am bored or that is boring too many times. I want summer to be fun, I want to make memories, but I also think it important to have down time. . Between the boys they have baseball/t-ball, golf, hockey, karate, soccer, vbs, and play dates. We have other fun activities planned too but some days we have nothing planned and I can’t entertain 24/7. I still have things that need to get done around the house, a business to run, and homework that needs to be turned in. . Parenting in the summer is a balancing act I am struggling to master. Excuses that I could have given to NOT workout: * I’m pregnant 🤰🏻 * I’m tired * I don’t have a gym or weights * My hotel room is so small * again, I’m tired 😂 But you want to know what the ONLY ONE reason that I needed to show up? Because me and this healthy pregnancy are worth it. I feel SO much better when I move my body. Yes, I’m slowing down. Yes, I don’t use heavy weights. But I’m still making sure this is the best #fitpregnancyjourney ever. And there is NO excuse that will ever outweigh that. . I know this fit pregnancy thing is new for me, but I hope that more people will want to step up to make sure they stay healthy during their pregnancy (for themselves and for their little noodles)!
