No picture of lunch but it was something that you’ll never guess— a chopped salad! 😆 My points reset tomorrow so I am at -106 points for this week. Not too shabby considering it took me until Tuesday to get back to it! 🤷🏼‍♀️

Can't believe it's been a month since I last posted! That time has flown away with me!! Its been a funny few weeks, I've had a 0.5lb loss followed by a 1lb loss followed by a 1.5lb GAIN followed by a 3lb loss which has taken me into single figures on the scales 💃!!!! I'm not gonna lie I was gutted with the gain but I knew it was coming as I'd ate everything in sight the week before and more. I really want to be good at pull-ups. But I hate them, because I suck at them, so I avoided them. Started consistently doing more pull-ups, got better at them. ( GO FIGURE) . . . Wishing I was up in #Mendocino right now staring at this beautiful view again 😍 ⁣ ⁣ What they say is true...nature is cheaper than therapy. When I was in this gorgeous coastal town 🌊 I realized how calm and at peace I was. The slower pace, crisp cold air, and sounds of the waves crashing against the jagged rocks made me have a deeper appreciation for a different style of living. ⁣ ⁣ All I’ve known was the #BayArea and the hustle and bustle of city life. The fact that I could hear what I was doing and rarely were there other loud noises in the town of just 1,000 people tripped me out. I can’t get used to how quiet it is but I can get used to how nice everyone was. You could literally spark a conversation with anyone in town and you sometimes can’t do that in The Bay.⁣ ⁣ My Mendocino getaway made me realize that there are sooo many different ways to live. I love where I’m from but maybe it’s time to expand my horizons to other locations. What are some places you’ve thought about living? Let me know in the comments...I might get some ideas 😈 ⁣ ⁣

I then made some oatmeal and hit the gym for a pretty bomb leg day!
