Yesterday’s run revealed some old fears. Things I carried with me when I was in high school and that haven’t been around for a while. Things that slowed me down. These things helped me bail out when things got tough. • That is not something that gets to come along for marathon training. Time to put my head down and get after it. • 45 minutes in the gym today to jump and push heavy things about with my legs. • A scheduled rest day, but a prime time to work my legs in different ways. • October isn’t going to come with excuses. Realizar um excesso de exercício poderá gerar um efeito contrário, onde os músculos ao invés de crescerem podem diminuir ainda mais, este talvez também seja um fato relacionado na demora de músculos das pernas, o que demoram para sobressair por uma questão de grandes excessos. Todos os músculos do corpo precisam de descanso, o descanso é fundamental para a hipertrofia. O ideal é procurar dar um intervalo de um dia a dois ( ou até mais). Não respeitando o tempo de regeneração dos músculos, vai acarretar em um catabolismo muscular ( Perda de músculos)... Além disso pensando não só no músculo, mas também nas articulações e tendões tendo que se esforçar todos os dias pegando peso e com movimentos repetitivos, a probabilidade de surgir lesões como tendinite, desgaste articular, bursite entre outros, é muito maior. I cant tell you how much I love the company my sister and I created. For me, its something that is about other people, and not myself as my life as an artist has always been. That i can give back and use my art to inspire someone every time they look at our mats. To remember that positive thoughts lead to a positive life. I need that reminder every day! An awesome way to switch up your workout and challenge yourself!
