Las 3 puertas: el sendero de energía desde el recto hasta las cuerdas vocales es conocido como el Cordón Plateado. Desde el cuello hacia el tope de la cabeza es el pasaje. Desde el tercer ojo hacia la glándula pineal es el Cordón Dorado. Para hacer que la energía suba por estos cordones y el pasaje, tienes que aplicar cerraduras hidráulicas. Tienes que ejercer una presión. De esa manera, tu columna es una escalera de energía. Primero, mulbandh trae el apana hacia el ombligo o cuarta vértebra, el asiento central de la kundalini. Segundo, la cerradura de diafragma la lleva hacia el cuello. Tercero, la cerradura de cuello lo sube al resto del camino. La glándula pineal o asiento del alma, no funciona cuando la Décima puerta al tope de la cabeza está sellada. Pero cuando la pineal secreta a medida que el calor de la kundalini es liberado, tu pituitaria actúa como un radar, guardando a la mente de la negatividad. Do you tend to over-think things? If your mind is too active and you need some quiet, meditate. Using a silent mantra gives the mind something to focus on and the other thoughts will naturally fade away. ..*.. I’m reminded of one of my most favorite places I’ve ever lived. The wild inspires me like no other. #santafe and living next to the BLM on the west side for a year and then a year season in Eldorado to the East. Mostly untouched land without buildings and people, stretched out in front of me with coyotes prairie dogs lizards and birds. Just peaceful open expanses inspiring me to breathe! • In relationship there needs to be lots of space, space for your own heart to remember itself, space for you to recognize why and how you want to share who you are and to make space for another in your life and energy field. • Relationships need freedom and security, both for men and women. Endless possibility and room to explore and grow, as well as clear agreements, communication and precious sacred offerings to one another from your heart, even from the beginning. • These weighted things can be present every moment as commitments to be honest and open, to share what fears or excitement surfaces during the discovery. You can move with grace and with great intention and commitment to be present and share the discovery, while staying free in your own body and heart, to reflect on how it feels and what you are learning of yourself and about the connection every moment. • With “self-awareness” you both CAN communicate and share more deeply from the beginning, this is why we practice; knowing our wounds and history, our conditioning, our patterns and our healing path, we walk it by shifting into healing and bridge building life with each new experience we create. We learn it in body and heart, wire it in mind and subconscious, by walking them with another, we grow and become ~walking wholeness alive~ and we expand evolving every moment.
