#Repost @ketotag • • • • • • Blueberry fat bombs! 😋 What is your favorite fat bomb recipe? . . . 1/2 cup blueberries (or any berries you prefer) 2.5 tbsp coconut oil 2.5 oz cream cheese 10-15 drops liquid stevia 1/2 tsp vanilla extract 1/2 tsp lemon juice Optional: 1/8 tsp banana extract . . . Instructions: 1. Add blueberries to non stick sauce pan for 10-15 minutes on medium low heat. Switch heat to low and add the cream cheese and coconut oil for 3-5 minutes mixing frequently. 2. Remove from stove and mix in the rest of the ingredients until texture becomes consistent. Add to 4 non stick silicone muffin liners. You can also use regular paper ones or even an ice tray, just make sure they’re completely coated with a non stick oil. 3. Freeze until solid, and put in fridge for 30-60 minutes before eating! Store in freezer in zip lock bag! . . . Macros: Serving size is 1 fat bomb (recipe makes 4 servings) Calories: 120 Fat: 12g Protein: 1g Net carbs: 2g Fiber: 0.3g . . . By the way, the white stuff on the edges is actually the non stick spray I used lol. Egg thin crepes with cream cheese chicken tacos inside. Today was a busy busy day and it’s just so easy to throw a pound of chicken breast 8 oz cream cheese a can of rotel and some taco seasoning in a crock pot and let it do all the work so when you have time to come home (after work and a football game) you can feed the whole family! They had tortillas and I had the egg thins. It was my first time trying them and they worked perfectly and tasted literally like nothing! . To be honest I have noticed a decline in my appetite lately. I am not sure if that’s from my anxiety meds? Preheat oven to 425° and line a medium baking sheet with parchment paper. Tie each slice of bacon in a double knot and place on a sheet tray. Remove the core and let the cauliflower dry completely. 2. Roughly chop the cauliflower into florets, and place half the cauliflower in a food processor. Pulse until the cauliflower is small and resembles couscous. Set aside and repeat with the remaining cauliflower. 3. In a large skillet over medium heat, heat the olive oil, then add the onions and garlic and cook until soft and translucent, about 5-7 minutes. 4. Add the cauliflower “rice” and stir to combine. Add the salt and pepper and continue to cook, stirring frequently until cauliflower softens, about 3-5 minutes. Remove from heat and transfer to a largeserving bowl. Ingredients: - 4 eggs - 1/3 cup sour cream - 24 ounces cream cheese (the blocks of Philadelphia 1/3 less fat cream cheese have less carbs) - 1 tsp vanilla - 1 cup erythritol - Oil for greasing the pan . . Instructions: 1. Add cream cheese to bowl and let soften (optional) 2. Preheat oven to 350F 3. Beat cream cheese until smooth 4. Add the rest of the ingredients except the eggs and mix for around 2 minutes 5. Either add each egg one at a time and mix well, or you can add all eggs at once and pour mixture into blender and mix that way 6. Slightly oil the inside of the springform pan 7. Add mixture into 9" springform pan & Add to oven for 45 minutes or until the edges start to turn light brown 8. Let sit out for 1 hour and then add to refrigerator for atleast 3 hours & enjoy! . . . Low-carb, high protein, easy chicken stuffed zucchini boats😍💪🏼 By @feelgoodfoodie ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ INGREDIENTS 3 zucchinis Cooking spray 3/4 lb. chicken breast cut into cubes 1 Tbsp olive oil 1/4 tsp Italian seasoning 1/4 tsp garlic powder 1/4 tsp salt 1/4 tsp ground black pepper 3/4 cup pasta sauce 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese 1/4 cup shredded mozzarella cheese INSTRUCTIONS Preheat oven to 400°F. To prepare the zucchini, cut the zucchini in half lengthwise, then use a spoon or melon baller to scoop the center flesh and seeds from the zucchini. Repeat for the remaining zucchini. Place the zucchini in a baking dish or cookie sheet cut-side up and lightly coat with cooking spray. Place in the pre-heated oven for 15 minutes until the zucchini cooks slightly and becomes tender. Meanwhile, to prepare the chicken, heat the olive oil in a large non-stick skillet over medium-high heat. Add the chicken along with the seasoning, salt and pepper. Cook for 8-10 minutes until the chicken is cooked through. Add the pasta sauce and cook for an additional 2 minutes, stirring occasionally. Scoop the chicken mixture into the zucchini boats. Top the chicken with parmesan cheese and mozzarella cheese. Return the zucchini boats to the oven for 5 more minutes, or until the cheese is melted. Sprinkle with fresh basil and parmesan cheese, if desired, and serve.

Preheat oven to 425F 2. Combine the almond flour, shredded mozzarella and cubed cream cheese in a large bowl. Microwave for 2 minutes, stirring halfway through. 3. Stir again at the end until well incorporated.Stir the baking powder, splenda, and eggs into the melted cheese mixture. 4. Working quickly while the cheese is still hot, knead with your hands until a dough forms 5. Combine your filling ingredients-except egg 6. Cut your fathead dough into four pieces and roll out like you're making pizza. Then bring the ends together on each side to form a sort of boat shape and pinch together. Sprinkle in cheese filling 7. Beat an egg with a fork and wash the edges of the crust. Bake about 8-10 minutes, or until cheese is beginning to bubble 8. Remove from the oven and make a well in the hot cheese with a spoon. Carefully crack an egg into the center of each boat, top with a dot of butter. Return to the oven for about five minutes, egg should be just set- it will finish cooking outside the oven. 9. BRUSCHETTA + BURRATA. -- 1.First, preheat the oven to 425F. . 2.While the oven was going, I cut open a pack of the @mightysparkfood bruschetta chicken and cooked it on medium heat for about 10 minutes… I used a wooden spatula to continuously break up the meat while it was cooking. You don’t need to season this any further… it is seasoned to incredibly well and will smell so good. You’ll be in for a treat. . 3.While the meat is cooking, washed a bell pepper, sliced down the middle, & removed the seeds. You can put some cheese or veggies in here too, but I just went with the bruschetta chicken. I scooped in some of the chicken, packed it well, drizzled with olive oil, and put in the oven for another 10-12 minutes. You can keep it in longer depending on how cooked you like your pepper. . 4.Once it was out of the oven, I plated it. I used @traderjoes burrata sliced in half (if you haven’t had burrata its fresh mozzarella cheese filled with cream…incredibly good) and drizzled some olive oil and some salt, pepper, and topped fresh herbs. You can do this however way you want. . This is such a perfect meal prep option. If you’re going to prep any of my meals, this one should be on the list! .
