Carbohydrate Reduction, Not Elimination. ⁣ ⁣ Lately i have heard so much about calling a class of food the bad guy and then the explanation on how it's not and etc⁣ ⁣ Sometime ago, it was fat that was so shamed and called the culprit and then people avoided fat and started eating all the sugar and carbs in multis then started becoming sicker and fatter.So now it is certain there are good fats you eat to loose fat and be healthy. ⁣ ⁣ ⁣ As a reminder, there is nothing you take in, well except water, that doesn't contain it's own quantity of carbohydrate and other classes of food. ⁣ ⁣ You might be told to reduce not particularly eliminate a certain class for health reasons and to heal up. I once had acute liver inflammation and was told to reduce proteins that means no to meat and the likes but now? Those are my main food base.. ⁣ ⁣ If weightloss is your only concern, you can still find ways around it, however to eat as a treatment option to a particular challenge, then you should follow the process. ⁣ ⁣ Eat to cure, that's the aim! ⁣ ⁣ #ketocure⁣ #treatmentoption⁣ #notthebadguy

Here’s the recipe 🔽 Ingredients: * 2 cups shredded or canned cooked chicken * 8oz. cream cheese, softened * 1/2 cup Cayenne Pepper Sauce (I used Franks Red Hot) or Buffalo Wings Sauce * 1/2 cup ranch dressing * 1/2 cup blue cheese crumbles Directions: Preheat oven to 350. Mix all ingredients in a casserole or baking dish. Bake for 25 minutes or until mixture is heated through; stir.  Serve with your favorite veggies! . . Chopped cilantro Juice of 2 limes 1-2 diced jalapeños (remove seeds) pinch of crushed red pepper flakes 2 cloves garlic, minced 1/2 tsp. cumin 1/2 tsp. oregano Salt to taste . . Make marinade: Whisk together all ingredients. Add chicken and toss to evenly coat with the marinade. Greek Chicken Thighs with Sautéed Mushrooms and Zucchini 😍 Right before I ate this I sprinkled a bunch of feta cheese on top... next level yum! 😋 ⠀ Clean Keto doesn’t have to be hard or bland. ⠀ Here’s how I made this. ⬇️ Instructions: Take 1 pound of boneless chicken thighs and coat with olive oil, salt, oregano, lemon pepper (I used lemon garlic seasoning by @flavorgod) minced garlic, onion powder and some fresh lemon juice. Let marinate for about 30 minutes. Than bake in the oven @ 375 for 30 minutes or until chicken is cooked through. ⠀ For the vegetables: Chop zucchini and mushrooms and sautéed in pan with olive oil. Perfect for a hearty dinner and high fat low carbs! ⠀ Here’s the recipe ⬇️ ⠀ Ingredients: ⠀ ½ cup heavy whipping cream 4 oz cream cheese 2-3 cups fresh spinach 1 pound shrimp 1 tbsp butter 1/2 cup parmesan Garlic fresh or ground Italian Seasoning Salt and Pepper to Taste Optional: Shirataki Noodles. ⠀ Instructions: Melt butter in a large skillet over medium heat. ⠀ - Add the shrimp to the skillet and reduce heat to medium low. ⠀ - Turn the shimp after about 30 seconds and cook the other side until they are only slightly pink. If you over cook the shrimp it will become tough and rubbery. ⠀ - Add cream cheese cubes to the shrimp pan. ⠀ - Pour heavy cream into pan and increase your heat to medium. Stir frequently until the cream cheese has melted into the cream and no lumps. ⠀ - Sprinkle the garlic, Italian Seasoning and salt/pepper into the pan and stir well ⠀ - Dump in the Parmesan cheese and stir to combine. Mediterranean Shrimp and Vegetable Skillet ⠀ This is a quick and easy meal that’s perfect for a weekday dinner or #ketomealprep ⠀ Here’s the recipe: ⬇️ ⠀ Ingredients ⠀ Vegetables: 2 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil 3 cloves garlic, minced 1 pack of broccoli florets 1/2 bunch asparagus trimmed and chopped 1 pint grape tomatoes  Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper ⠀ Shrimp: 1 tablespoon extra-virgin olive oil 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano  1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper  1 clove garlic, minced Juice of 1 lemon  1 pound cleaned large shrimp, with tailed attached Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper  Extra-virgin olive oil, for drizzling 4 ounces crumbled feta cheese ⠀ Instructions: * For the shrimp: Mix together the olive oil, oregano, red pepper, garlic and lemon zest and juice. Add the shrimp and toss to coat. Season with about 1/4 teaspoon salt and black pepper. ⠀ * For the vegetables: In a large bowl, whisk the olive oil and garlic. Add the broccoli, asparagus, tomatoes and toss to coat. Season with about 1/2 teaspoon salt and 1/4 teaspoon pepper. ⠀ * In a cast iron skillet add shrimp and sauté for about 4-5 minutes or until shrimp is cooked through. Be careful to not overcook them, otherwise they will have a rubbery texture. Set aside. ⠀ * In the same skillet, add all the veggies. Stir occasionally and cook for 5-7 minutes until the veggies are tender. ⠀ * Return shrimp back to the skillet and mix everything well to combine. ⠀ * Transfer to a serving bowl, sprinkle with the crumbled feta. . .
