Everyone has seen Mike Tyson knock out videos. But I challenge you to go look up how he was able to deliver such powerful blows. His training was almost all calisthenics and mobility.

Today's #snackreview is a couple different protein puff things I got in various @ketokrate deliveries. Theres definitely a size difference here. They both taste fantastic, but how could they not? The first few ingredients in both are some form of sugar. I'll give the salted caramel an 8 and the strawberries and cream a 7.5. I'm not scared of the ingredients but they're not something I'm gonna keep around the house. If I'm gonna eat cane sugar, it's not gonna be from keto food, its gonna be from legit junk food. I try to avoid as much garbage as possible when I'm being strict. Not bad though, and works for most people. Ik ben nu 26 uur bezig met een 36 uur voedingsondersteunde 'Intermitterende vastperiode' 🙏Een van mijn rituelen die ik eens in de 2-3 weken wil doen. Volgens "Science" komt het lichaam na 36 uur vasten in een staat die bekend staat als "Autofagie". . Autofagie is de manier van het lichaam om beschadigde cellen op te ruimen, om nieuwere, gezondere cellen te regenereren (volgens Priya Khorana, PhD, in voedingseducatie van de Columbia University). Het staat vooral bekend als de manier van het lichaam om de klok terug te draaien en jongere cellen te maken 😉

🥗💚This is how much salad is in a 32 ounce mason jar. Depending on the ingredients it’s usually 400-500 calories which is decent for lunch. 48h POSTU! (IF NA PEŁNEJ) Napisałabym, że było to bardzo trudne doświadczenie, ale... nie było. Skąd pomysł? Kilka osób pisało mi o poście. Jedni robili 36h, inni 48h... a jeszcze inni kilka dni. Każda z tych osób polecała spróbować (i każda z tych osób już jakiś czas bawi się w keto oraz IF). Twardo trzymałam się wersji, że nie dam rady. Za bardzo kocham jedzenie. Dwie doby bez mojego pysznego jedzonka? 😥 Nie ma opcji! Wczoraj miałam bardzo intensywny dzień. Nawet nie myślałam o jedzeniu. Przyszedł czas na posiłek, na który nie miałam ochoty. Nie chciało mi się jeść pomimo zrobionych dwóch treningów i 15 km z psem (miało być 10, ale trochę nas poniosło 😂). Podjęłam decyzję, że spróbuję wytrzymać to 48h i położyłam się do łóżka. Poranek był ciężki. Obudziło mnie ogromne ssanie w żołądku. Musiałam wyjść z psem i jechać na trening, więc szybko o nim zapomniałam. Treningu się bałam. Tyle godzin bez jedzenia i znowu na salę? Nie było różnicy. Siła i wytrzymałość na takim samym poziomie jak zawsze. Po treningu klasycznie wyszłam z psiakiem na spacer. Chciałam zrobić drzemkę... ketony szalały, więc jej nie zrobiłam. 🙈 O 17 (czyli po 45h) miałam kolejny "kryzys". Wrzuciłam wtedy boczek do piekarnika i głód przeszedł od samego patrzenia na jedzenie. 😂 O 20 zaczęłam jedzenie od śmietany z malinami i WPC. Rozruszałam trochę żołądek, po czym przeszłam do konkretów. Pieczony boczek z brokułami, zielonym i sosem musztardowym. 🤤 Jak się czułam? Świetnie! Mój przewód pokarmowy odpoczął, czułam się lekko i cały czas towarzyszył mi wręcz nadmiar energii. Raz na jakiś czas na pewno będę powtarzać 48h postu. CUT THE GUILT, GET BACK TO BUSINESS😅 Here's something I was talking to my client the other day about. She gingerly looked at me and was like, I've got to break some bad news to you...I ate badly today. I don't want you to shout at me, but I had to tell you. Firstly, as Pt's, it's not our job to shout at you, it's our job to pick you up when you feel like you're about to fall off track. Secondly, my advice to you, if this is something you've been through this week, is to pick yourself up and carry on. There's no point punishing yourself because you've eaten 'badly', and there's no point pushing yourself extra hard at the gym just because you had more food than you were supposed to - this is going to create an unhealthy relationship with both food and the gym for you. Here's what I want for you to say to yourself; I WANT this to continue for me. I WANT to see the results. Therefore, I HAVE to put the work in. I have to PUSH. Just because I ate badly today, or just because it’s the weekend and I have a party to go to, means nothing. I’m gonna go about my business but I’m gonna work my butt off. Listen up lady, you owe it to yourself to get yourself back on the wagon. Forget about what happened today or during the weekend, you enjoyed yourself. If you WANT it then you have to WORK for it. Be mindful of what you do to make this weekend a weekend of balance but also of progression and results. Happy Thursday 🔥
