Uneducated vs Educated. The photo on the left is a 21 year old guy fed up with being skinny following the advice of a fitness magazine. The results... wasting a 18months of his life getting fat and trying to lose it again. The photo on the right is a 27 year old guy trying to improve weak areas in his physique and taking the scientific approach. The results.... understanding a 100kcal surplus is plenty to build muscle and therefore staying in better shape overall and ensuring no time is wasted in the process. The lesson to take from this is a bit of education can save you a lot of time. You can choose to do the research yourself or hire someone to do it for you in the form of a personal trainer.

👌Les recettes freestyles👌 Ce marbré a généré beaucoup de réactions au sondage que j’avais mis dessus 🙂 J’en profites donc pour vraiment remercier ceux qui ont pris le temps, c’est à dire un dixième de leurs précieux temps pour appuyer sur un des choix de réponse 😛 Comprenez que les autres ont une vie tellement trépidante que même ça c’est sans intérêt 😜 Bref parlons recette.. que j’ai tapé comme je l’ai dit en freestyle pendant mon gainage 😂 et testée direct en rentrant : 120gr de yaourts / 75 gr de farine / 1 œuf entier / 40 gr de cacao en poudre et de la levure genre 1/2 sachet et c’est tout 🤷‍♂️ Tu mélanges tu divise en deux, tu mélanges le cacao avec de l’eau avant de mettre à la pâte pour avoir une texture de chocolat fondu et tu superpose dans le moule 😉 Ensuite au four jusqu’à ce qu’il soit cuit à 180 / 200 degrés et puis un peu de chocolat blanc dessus 😊 Calories du marbré entier : 525 cals 😜 Allez la bise ! #iifym #flexibledieting #flexiblediet #diet #training #food #fit #fitness #fitfam #nutrition #musculation #bodybuilding #powerlifting #teammft #motivation #lift #bulkpowders #instayum

🚨UPDATE 🚨 - I am currently sitting around 212-215lbs and appx 16% BF. - When I competed, I woke up at 174 around 6-7% show day. - Now one year later, swipe to see my current MUSCLE MASS is 168lbs! - No I am not a good example of offseason with the extra fat gain, BUT I’m at a MUCH better spot than I was last year (and got to spend 3 months enjoying food 😊). This tells me if I were to lose 10% BF to my last on-stage percentage, I’d be about 195 lbs 😊 I’m still growing too, but at a leaner rate 💪🏼. - End goal is 195-200 under 5%.
