When people give you their opinions, they are unknowingly or knowingly telling you the conclusions they’ve come to in their life. There’s nothing wrong with voicing one’s opinion. But when you do, look at what you say as closely as you can. Investigate the tone and feeling of your comment. Our bodies are constantly emitting a positive or negative frequency based on our conditioning. And our words are the conclusions of our conditioning. If we are not careful, we may be allowing certain negative and limiting ideas to fester in our body and minds. Become an investigator of your thoughts. Make it your prerogative to audit every feeling and idea that comes into your vicinity. Do not take any idea or emotion for granted. Every one will either lead you or deceive you from your ultimate truth and destiny. ❤️✌🏼❤️✌🏼❤️✌🏼❤️✌🏼

You have the ability to find periods of time where you ignore the conditions of your experience and focus on the emotions that you seek to accomplish, and stay there long enough that momentum has ensued. And when you start on this path, you must train yourself to see the signs. These signs include the impulse to do something, an idea popping into your head, a vibration going throughout your body, the impulse to reach out to a specific person, the impulse to eat a certain food, the impulse to listen to a specific song, the impulse to say no to certain things, and the impulse to say yes to certain situations. There is no perfection, only constant fine tuning to what you want in your life vs what you don’t want.

There’s an interesting paradox where you should ask and want the things you want, but not from a place of vibrational lack. The reason we don’t manifest certain things in our life is because we vibrationally and emotionally block ourselves from receiving it. You must ALLOW life to flow to you. You must tune your vibration so as to receive goodness and wellness. You must look at yourself objectively to determine what radio frequency you are emitting. This requires inner work. You may not SEE the results right away, but if you feel a difference then you are on the right path. More coincidences and deja vu’s will occur. Happy Vibrational Tuning. ❤️✌🏼❤️✌🏼❤️✌🏼❤️

This month marks the opening of my books for lots of beautiful new clients. Buddhas throughout the seasons 🧘🏼‍♀️ . . . Do you know that feeling when you stop during a walk to smell a rose? 🌹 the feeling inside your body while breathing in? It’s a long, slow, deep belly breath. It’s expansive and delicious and never forced, just open, moving from deep down to that warm and tingly center of the chest. Yes. That wonderful feeling. Ok, great, then this should be helpful and enjoyable 👇🏼🥰 Using that breath, here is a one minute reset. A breathing meditation. Inhale in slowly, smoothly, and deeply, through your nose, for a count of 6, filling up your belly first, then the chest. Exhale out your mouth, from your chest to your belly, slowly and smoothly for a count of 6. Continue. This is called bottle breathing, and it is just ONE type of breathing exercise. Give it a try, never forcing the breath. As you exhale, Feel tension release, Shoulders release, Jaw releases, Belly releases. Continue breathing this way for 3-5 rounds, counting to 6 for the inhales and exhales. Feel free to use a different number to count to if it feels more natural to your own personal breathing rhythm. Most often when i am lead through these exercises, counts of 5-8 are used... enjoy 🧘🏼‍♀️🧘🏻‍♂️ . . . .
