Incrível combinação de nutrientes e sabores!😋 Ingredientes – 400g de peito de frango – 1 cebola pequena – 1/2 pimentão amarelo - 1/2 pimentão vermelho -1 cenoura média – 1 brócolis pequeno – 1 abobrinha brasileira (sem a extremidade mais grossa, onde estão as sementes) – 200g de broto de feijão (moyashi) – 4 colheres de sopa coco aminos (um substituto mais natural para o shoyu) – 2 col. chá de amido de milho dissolvidos em 2 col. sopa de água - 1 col sopa azeite - 2 col. sopa amendoim cru sem pele -Gergelim a gosto -1 col chá de sal Modo de preparo Toste o amendoim em uma frigideira. Reserve. Corte a cebola e a abobrinha em cubinhos, a cenoura e os pimentões em fatias finas e o brócolis em pequenos floretes. Corte o frango em cubos. Em uma frigideira grande, refogue a cebola no azeite, acrescente o frango, pimentões e cenoura. Mexa um pouco, depois tampe por alguns minutos. Acrescente o brócolis e a abobrinha. Cozinhe mais um pouco. Tempere com sal e misture bem. Acrescente o coco aminos e a mistura da água com amido. Quando o frango já estiver bem cozido e os legumes no ponto (al dente) acrescente o moyashi. Cozinhe rapidamente, pois ele deve ficar crocante e não murcho. Por fim, misture o amendoim.
