|Anzeige| Leben im Wohnmobil... Am Anfang viel es uns schwer, ohne Fleisch klar zu kommen. Doch mittlerweile haben wir uns an das Essen ohne Fleisch gewöhnt. Man kann sich tatsächlich nicht mal mehr vorstellen, wie es war jeden Tag Fleisch zu essen. Wir fühlen uns gesundheitlich besser und werden auch nicht mehr so viel krank, wie es früher oft der Fall war. Fleisch ist für uns nun etwas, dass man wenn überhaupt, einmal die Woche ist. So tun wir nicht nur unserer Gesundheit was gutes, sondern Leben auch nachhaltiger. Vielen fällt es schwer, nachhaltig zu leben. Anfangs hatten wir auch unsere Probleme damit. Doch mittlerweile haben wir gute Lösungen für uns gefunden. Es geht noch besser, aber die Anfänge, für unser bewusstere Leben sind geschaffen. Was tut ihr, um nachhaltiger zu leben? |Ad| Motorhome life ... In the beginning it was difficult for us to get along without meat. But now we have got used to eating without meat. You can’t even imagine what it was like to eat meat every day. We feel better in terms of health and don't get as sick anymore as was often the case in the past. For us, meat is something that we eat once a week. In this way, we not only do something good for our health, but also make life more sustainable. Many find it difficult to live sustainably. What is your favorite Christmas treat? 💬🎄🎅🏼⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ .⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ S U G A R - S W E E T - S T A R F A L L - COOKIES⭐️💫🤩⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ .⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ▶️ Recipe:⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ .⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Dough: 7.1oz ground hazelnuts | 5.oz ground almonds (or brazil nuts) | 3.5oz powdered sugar (I make an alternative with cornstarch & stevia powder) | 50ml cold water | 0.35oz cinnamon powder | 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Frosting: 5.3oz powdered sugar (or sugar-free alternative) | 75ml non-dairy milk | 2 tbsp cinnamon powder⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ 1.
