Al controlar tus acciones TU decides.✨ 💕 He decidido compartirles un poco más de lo que sé de yoga. Les estaré subiendo posturas. El como llegar a ellas y que beneficios te traen. 💕 Esta postura se llama: uttita hasta padangusthasana b💕 ✨ En realidad esta postura se realiza tomando tu dedito gordo (yo estoy tomando mi pie del arco), solo porque se ve más bonito en foto. ✨ Como llegar: de tu postura de tadasana (parado) flexiona una rodilla y tómala con tu mano. Lentamente comienza a abrir tu cadera. Si logras hacer eso, puedes avanzar y hacer ese mismo movimiento pero ahora tomando tu dedito gordo y abriendo tu cadera con tu pierna extendida. 💕 Ojo: no es una postura de calentamiento, te recomiendo hacer tus saludos al sol a y b antes. 💕 Beneficios: es una postura de mucho balance, por lo cual tienes que trabajar mucho el control de tu respiración y el mantenerte presente. Igualmente, te ayuda a fortalecer tus piernas y tobillos. Es un estiramiento delicioso de hamstrings. Te ayuda a abrir tu cadera y hombros. Haven’t posted a mirror pic in a while so here’s my current physique ☺️ . I’ve barely been tracking my eating and have probably been eating an average of 2000 calories per day... Ideally I want to be eating around 1800 as this is my maintenance. . Girls (and guys lol)... you don’t need to be eating 1200-1500 calories to lose weight/ stay in shape. Try and eat more but just get more active so that you don’t gain fat 😊

🌱GETTING IT DONE🌱 It’s been a week of insanely hard work, and it’s easy to succumb to what the body wants - high energy, high calorie food. 2ND TRIATHLON - BUILDING CONFIDENCE . Alhamdulillah. Managed to finish my 2nd triathlon event. This time it was Sprint Distance. 750m swim 🏊, 20km cycle 🚴, & 5km run 🏃. Im happy with my timing . Also, this is my 2nd open water swimming experience. With all other athletes gushing through the water for a good spot, I was swimming through the water with my own sweet pace. This time, I didnt need to use safety buoy. Hoyeahh! Verdict: need to practice more in deep pool with my eyes closed. Training in pool and doing it in open water is totally 2 different stories. Next plan, 2km swimming non-stop to prepare myself for Philippines this Nov. . Cycling was good. Managed to break my PB by 13mins. Aero plays huge factor for my new PB. No regret investing in it. And for running, I was surprised to set a good pace. Overall, it was a great day for me. Just like Ironman World Championship 2018 great day 🤣. Special thanks to my family. Thanks love for all your support. Couldnt do it without all of your prayers and wishes. . This is Journey To Keep Fit! The easiest & most delicious GLUTEN FREE buckwheat bread! 🍞 4 ingredients & one of them is water! 😍 This bread has a crispy crust & is soft & spongy on the inside just like a bread made with gluten. I have already made this three times this week & it is also perfect as baby’s first bread (just leave out the salt) since it’s so soft & completely seed free. I made this for my little son to introduce him to bread, but we all love & eat it almost every day now! Buckwheat is super healthy, and is richer in minerals than many other flours especially magnesium, copper, manganese, phosphorus & iron. It’s naturally gluten free & is forming alkaline in the body. Buckwheat is quite high in fibre & an excellent source of plant protein! 🌱 So, there is no reason not to try this! Recipe for 1 bread: .................................................................................... A piece of organic yeast the size of a pea 700 ml cold water 500 g buckwheat flour + a little to cover the baking form. 1/2-1 tbsp salt (depending on how salty you like your bread) Dissolve yeast & salt in the water, add the flour and mix really well. Consistency should be thick but still running. Leave to raise at room temperature for 24 hours! Heat the oven (with fan) to 250C. Flour a bread form & when the oven is ready, pour the dough WITHOUT stirring first, into your form & place immediately in the oven. Bake at 250C for 20 minutes until the crust is golden brown. El sábado por la mañana hice un circuito de tren superior que trabajase espalda, tríceps y hombros sin quemar nada demasiado. Trabajé en superseries cada uno de los músculos. . DORSALES (superseries): . Remo con barra + Remo gironda (4 series) . TRÍCEPS y pecho incluído (Superseries): . Press francés + Press de pecho con agarre estrecho para implicar el tríceps mucho más (4 series) . HOMBROS (superseries): . Press militar inclinado con mancuernas + elevaciones laterales (superseries) . +20 min de cardio liss en la elíptica. . . Iré subiendo los vídeos.
