It simply was a choice between constantly thanking myself or constantly putting myself down about not reaching my goals. 💥 I went from 38% body fat to 24% body fat! 🙈 I have gained 11 pounds of muscle And lost 26-28 lbs of fat! 🥂 💥 My life has completely changed for the better! I thank myself everyday for that 1 day I decided to just do it and keep going! 💪🏼 I wanted weight loss more than I wanted 20 seconds of something that was delicious in my mouth. I still have a lot of progress to do, but it’s definitely a lifestyle change that was worth it! . . - [Weekly Series 📚] - [Training Partners 👬 - Selection 🤔] - Now keeping in mind everything that we have spoken about this series, there are a few points that deserve to be mentioned about training partner selection. Training partner selection is highly important! You want someone that you can trust, that has goals and has a schedule similar to yours 📆 - Choosing a training partner that you trust is the most important thing in your selection. Nobody wants a training partner that they are not comfortable around. The training partner relationship can be as important as any other friendship you currently maintain. This person is going to have your health and state of mind partly in their hands. This person is going know your personal goals, strengths and weaknesses. If you do not want these to be exploited, employ someone you can trust ✔ - A training partner without any goals is going to be a liability. You want someone that you can bounce off. Someone that pushes you. Someone you can push. You do not want someone that you are constantly having to work on, motivate and aid. Yes, you will be doing all of the previously mentioned things but if you're doing them all the time and not focusing on yourself as much as you should, what are you going to achieve? Be ruthless and selfish. For your own sake and theirs ✔ - Now let's talk logically, what is the point in having a training partner that works or is tied up when you are exercising? Inevitably there will be occasions that you cannot train with each other. However, you want to limit this happening. Sitting down over coffee or after a session whilst your foam rolling is a simple way to iron this out. If for whatever reason it is not going to happen, be big enough and ugly enough to cut it loose. It will become more of a burden than a helping hand, for both parties. Plus if this person is a friend you don't want to fall out over both making promises you can't keep ✔ - Start your relationship off in the way you intend to keep it, close, open and with plenty of communication. ➡️ Essere sportivi o fare gli sportivi ❓ . Si tratta di due cose completamente diverse. Essere sportivi è innanzitutto uno stile di vita, si tratta di una questione mentale 🧠 prima che fisica. Vuol dire rispettare il nostro corpo 🦵🏻 e amare noi stessi e la nostra salute. Fare gli sportivi rispecchia invece un atteggiamento che non sempre riesce a rispettare questi principi 😕. Buenos días Ya está puesto el árbol 🎄😁 . Unos sencillos creps haciendo la forma de árbol es otra buena idea para hacer con niños en estos días de vacaciones y hacer que participen en el desayuno. . Los ingredientes para estos son🔸1 huevo🔸75gr. de harina integral de avena 🔸125ml. de bebida de soja🔸una pizca de azúcar o el edulcorante que queráis. Habría puesto dátil pero no tenía hecha la pasta🔸ralladura de limón . Mezclar todo con la batidora y a la sartén. cuando los tuve todos colocados, los espolvoree con canela. . Guten morgen zusammen, gestern wollte ich Overnightsoats machen , und habe etwas Milch mit Puddingpulver und Flavordrops Vanille verrührt und habe dann die Sojaflocken dazugegeben. Beim aufkochen fiel mir auf das es noch etwas zu flüssig war, wahrscheinlich habe ich zu wenig Puddingpulver genommen. Also kurzer Hand wurde improvisiert und Sofortgelatine dazu gerührt. In eine Müslischale mit Backspray eingesprüht reingegeben und über Nacht im Kühlschrank durchziehen lassen. Am morgen habe ich dann den Rand etwas mit dem messer vorsichtig gelöst und auf ein Teller gestürzt . Und tada 👏entstanden ist diese schöne Puddingkugel😁Getoppt mit Kiwi und Mandarinen und etwas Ceylonzimt.
