Hey gente !!!! La hora de la comida puede ser un bocado difícil de digerir para los miles de trabajadores en las grandes metrópolis 🏙️. Sabemos que hay trabajos altamente demandantes y de largas jornadas laborales que obligan a empleados a comer diariamente fuera de casa. El costo de una comida corrida va de los 35 a los 80 pesos, dependiendo la zona  en la que se labore. La herramienta ideal es comparar precios y te pongo la balanza de esta manera con 65 pesos puedes preparar hasta 3 comidas esto dependerá de la cantidad de de la porción que necesites de proteína, carbohidratos, grasas. Ejemplo. Si tú requerimiento es comer 150gr de pechuga de pollo en bistec a la plancha, por media pechuga que compres será aproximadamente 48 pesos a 55pesos, pero obtendrás 3 porciones para tres comidas durante el día. El arroz 1 Kg de arroz su precio es de 20pesos, ese kilo podría durarte hasta hasta 5 días y proporcionar tus comidas de forma correcta. Las verduras calabaza, nopal , chayote, brócoli el kilo no es mayor a los 25 pesos, ahora una pieza de lechuga o espinaca no va mayor a los 10 pesos, si tú repartes tus porciones puede que esos kilos de verduras que haz  elegido te rinda para tu semana, llevando tus 5 comidas, esto es  un ejemplo de cómo puedes alimentarte de una mejor manera siempre y cuando tengas la voluntad de hacerlo. No es caro a veces gastamos demasiado en comida que no tiene calidad en sus alimentos y nunca nos preocupamos por nutrir nuestro cuerpo de forma correcta.
