Started my Walk to Run program this morning. I have a feeling I will be repeating multiple days. Plus, trying to figure out my meds with more exercise is going to be interesting - but I’m not giving up on myself. A LIGHT SQUAT DAY *turn sound on* #squatting #saturdayworkout The weight was heavy today especially after a 5x5 of 225, and 245, to a top set of 275 for a pause and 315 for a pause. I'm start squatting more often, especially my front squats today, was a good overall, pretty happy despite how heavy it was, how it turned out.😎😎 Until next folks!!!

#vegantacos Here we have corn tortillas, rice, black beans, homemade slaw, and avocado slices🙃 we also made homemade margs and it was the best evening spent with my wife! Hahah, super simple but so fun. These tacos were packed with flavor and were very filling. It’s crazy to me how the ones who care about where food is coming from, the ones who don’t want the same chemicals in their food as their car engines, or the people who don’t want to find out that there are high levels of chlorine in their tap water are the ones who are seen as extreme.... why isn’t letting animals be abused extreme, or our food that’s being massed produced and pumped with chemicals extreme, why are we considering the rate at which pollution is rising extreme? It’s become the norm to live with dangerous chemicals in our food and in the air.... but we as consumers can change that. We choose what is being produced because if we don’t buy it corporations conform to US we don’t have to continue to invest in harmful substances. Food for thought. And a picture for though. Happy Saturday folks♥️✌🏼
