. 서여진 C요가 주말 워크샵 1 후기 ✔ . ♣️최윤실 선생님 후기 #요가인리베) . 오늘의 주제는 #후굴 피크포즈는 #핀차스콜피온 으으으 내가 젤 어려워하는 핀차인데, 거기에 스콜피온을 ㅎㅎㅎㅎ 못하지만 즐기리라 맘 먹고, 수련 시작^^ Warm up에서 어깨를 열어내고, 측굴로 옆면을 늘리고, 고관절 내회전과, 가벼운 후굴,  내가 젤 힘들어하는 허벅지 앞면 태우기~ . 브릿지에서 양손 한 발목 잡고, 한다리 들기~ 지금 생각해도, 타들어가는 내 허벅지ㅋㅋㅋ 난 이게 젤 힘듬^^ 후굴에 빠지지 않는 돌고래자세 시리즈들 이놈도 만만치 않게 힘듬ㅎㅎ 다 힘드네ㅋㅋ . 핀차를 가기위해서는 요놈 시리즈가 꼭 필요함^^ 여진쌤 연구하시는것 같당ㅋ 어찌하면 더 힘들게 만들까?ㅋㅋ . 이제 standing에서는 후굴에 필요한 아래허리 에 힘 쓸수 있는 전사3번, 허벅지 앞면 늘리는 런지, 하프문, 백밴딩하프문, 후굴에 꼭 들어가는 토나오는 런지 3-3-3ㅋㅋㅋ  이젠 3-3-3런지가 편해졌당^^ 나의 가슴을 여는데 도움을 준 시리즈당^^ 이제 피크로 오늘의 피크는 3가지 . 첫번째는 벽에 가슴을 붙인 우르드바 상태에서 한 팔 들어 허벅지 위에~~ 우르드바에서 한 팔 들기는 수월한데 벽에서 가슴을 붙인상태에서는, 난 가슴이 작아서ㅋㅋㅋ 인지 벽에 안붙더라흑흑흑 지금와서 가슴을 더 키울수도 없고,ㅋㅋㅋ 가슴을 더 여는 수밖에~~ 두번째 피크는 첫번째 사진에 있는 이름은 모르겠고, 카포타아사나변형인가ㅋ 처음해봤는데, 발끝이 머리카락은 터치했당ㅎㅎ 맘에 든당ㅎㅎㅎ 사진 건졌당ㅋㅋ 마지막 피크, 핀차스콜피온 여진쌤의 도움으로 맛만 봤당ㅋㅋ맛만ㅋ 혼자 할 수 있는 날이 언젠가는 오겠지ㅎㅎㅎ 마무리는 전굴자세들로^^ 할때는 힘든 cyoga수련이지만, 하고나면 개운한 또 생각나는ㅋㅋ 낼은 전굴 힙오픈 수련이 있당^^ 낼 수련을 위해 울 가족은 파주에서 하루 묵고 있당^^ . @jinny.suh.00  @choiyunsil911 (최윤실 선생님 후기 감사합니다) .*윤실샘 피크포즈 사진은 요기루~~😁 . . . #cyoga #빈야사 #하타플로우 #일산요가 #현대요가 #요가워크샵 #요가숙련자 #hathayoga  #요가  #yoga #yogalove #yogapose #yogapants #후굴 #강사수련 #화요인텐시브클래스  #핀차마유라사나 #스콜피온자세 #yogainspiration  #healthy  #요가유즈  #abs #backbends #yoga_workshop

It’s incredibly important to isolate elements of the body to aid our yoga practise. We work with strength to help support our flexibility, making yoga safe. . . I underestimated how challenging it would be. I would hit a brick wall each time I reached 40 seconds, I kept going until I got there. My legs felt the strengthening affect for days afterwards. Try it! Let me know how it goes! . Tips: 👉🏻Be mindful not to wham into the back of the knee of the standing leg, try pulling up on the knee cap. 👉🏻Drive through the heel of the raised leg. 👉🏻Don’t let the hips open, keep them squared. 👉🏻Work towards straightening the arms.

Dhanurasana Dhanurasana is very effective in weight loss program. It is a basic posture of Hatha yoga. In this asana our body pose look like the shape of the Dhanush (bow). So it is called as Dhanurasana in Sanskrit. It helps to reduce belly fat fast. It Strengthens ankles, thighs, groins, chest and abdominal organs and spinal cord. Dhanu means a bow. Bow pose is a fantastic stretch for the spine, abdominals, hip flexors, biceps and pecs.
