More than a week no self practice,busy for ceremony and also gotta skin problem 🤭the last 2 days i cant sleep in the night i was felt so itchy on my belly,back and my legs. Looks like got virus 🤷‍♀️and just put some cream as I don’t like doctor 😅.every time i am sweating i felt so itchy,but now I felt better and those itchy are gone! After some yin I did my Hs practice👯‍♀️ Back to clean line and shifting the gaze😀

#HandstandNF Day 4 - handstand exits - yey handstand & cartwheel play in the garden, taking a break from the decorating 🤭🤫 Before I did this I didn’t know which way a fall out 😂 I tend to just come back down the same way I went up even if I move my hands 🤷🏻‍♀️ I do come down on a side from chest to wall and this is always to my right - I feel more comfortable cartwheeling on my right side but they’re all super messy but fun on the lawn although it’s still very squishy 🙄😊😘 . I’ve been doing my handstand challenge for three weeks now. 🗓 A minimum of ten handstands a day, at least six days a week. 💯 I can feel myself getting stronger and beginning to find balance for longer stretches of time, counting more breaths. 🧘🏼‍♀️ It’s not easy, though. I’m still waiting for whatever it is to click.
