#nopressurepressmonday I spent the afternoon working on lowers and lunges. This little “flow” was after all that. I’m trying to incorporate “pressing” into my practice. I can’t quite lift off without a hop yet, so letting it come out naturally is a good alternative to straight up press practice. @beahappyamy @ettlivstyle 😘 #handstand #handstandpress #yoga #yogaflow #downwarddog #malasana #chatarunga #yogapractice #yogaeveryday #yogini Crop from @dontmesswithganesh Shorts from @aloyoga

1 and 1/4 SQUAT. This is a beautiful squat variation that helps trap your VMO and force more muscle recruitment and control through your end range! Slow and controlled is the name of the game! Give this a try or tag a friend that needs to try this and let me know what you think!

Happy Tuesday ☀️ Yesterday in my stories I posted something about Stretching and, as I got quite a response, I thought I'd take it up here 😉 So, believe it or not I am not a natural flexible type. I have just been stretching (A LOT) since I was 5 years old... Why do I think that stretching is very important to maintain a healthy body? Cause I believe that it is only through openness and spaciousness that you can then build the "right" strenght and not feel "constipated" and uncomfortable in your own skin. What I suggest is to find out where you feel you need to release the most (my weak spot is often hip flexors.. ) and then pick up to 5 stretches to hold each day a bit longer. Constistency is the key 🗝 .. I promise 😉 Let me know how it goes 🙏❤️😘 . . . . . #stretch #flexibility #activeflexibility #mobility #upsidedown #split #handstand #movement #yoga #yogavideo #yogalove #yogaselfpractice #practiceandalliscoming #yogaeverydamday #instayoga #yogagirl #yogainspiration #yogapractice #yogamum #sardegna #italia #yogaitalia #yoganorge #yogini #chiccayoga

When I first learned about the chakras, I knew immediately that my first chakra needed work. Your first chakra is all about stability, survival, and support, among other things. . . I have always felt the need to cultivate grounded-ness and stability. I thrive on routine and feeling safe. I need to feel like I have roots firmly in the ground, in order to spread my wings and fly. The Vata in me needs help rooting down! . . So, I worked on squats (I HATED them for the longest, until we became besties), I planted my feet into the earth any chance I got, I WORKED on rooting down. I built my foundation, one breath at a time, from the ground up. That is the only way I learned to rise. . . Any time things in my life threaten to upheave, or start to feel unsafe, or not secure, I double up on these practices, including lots of meditation, deep breathing, slow moving flow, and restorative poses low to the ground. . . I post a picture of handstand with this caption because, while it is certainly not a first chakra pose, I never feel more present or grounded than when my hands are firmly locked into the ground, holding me up. I breathe deeply, and I am PRESENT. I need all of these things right now. So, this is my today’s share. Hope there was something in there for you 💕. . . What chakra do you work on the most? . . Do you find poses that belong to that chakra the most challenging for you? Would love your thoughts! 👇👇

Everything changes when you and your heart start to listen to each other. It's through mutual understanding first, that whatever is communicated, can be successfully carried out in the end. Here two universe are aligned in the name of love; All the flower understands that in order to grow and thrive? Requires the sunlight! No one imposes anything to the other for transformation to find its own way, change naturally take its place. Because the universe has spoken and we listened, this effect causes the light to penetrate our hearts deeper, here happiness has found its own way, and the warrior is in love with the universe; has found found the deepest and greatest fulfillment. ♥️♥️♥️ 🔔🔔🔔
