Kᴀʀɴᴀᴘɪᴅᴀsᴀɴᴀ / Postura de Presión del Oído La variante avanzada de Halasana (Arado) En Karnapidasana, el peso de la parte inferior del cuerpo ejerce presión sobre el busto que está en la máxima flexión. La primer sensación que puede producir esta pose es el sofoco o la reducción del aire que respiramos debido al cierre efectuado a nivel de la garganta. La limitación de la respiración impuesta por esta postura no plantea, en general, ningún problema importante a condición de que el cuerpo sea lo suficientemente flexible como para poder relajarse. Por lo tanto, es muy importante trabajar en la relajación y con la gravedad que ejercerá su acción para llevar el cuerpo de forma natural al suelo. Por lo tanto, es una postura de Yoga (asana) que es preferible abordar en "Yin", es decir, debes ser capaz de mantener varios minutos sin esfuerzo para sentir los beneficios. Por otro lado, si hay tensiones musculares, particularmente a lo largo de la columna vertebral, la pequeña amplitud de los movimientos respiratorios resultará rápidamente en una dificultad de los músculos para soportar el esfuerzo. En este caso, tienes que dejar la postura. Asegúrate de relajarte, especialmente a nivel de las mandíbulas, los músculos del vientre y la espalda. El peso del cuerpo no debe descansar sobre tu cuello, especialmente C7 (Cervical 7). Es recomendable trabajar con una manta bien doblada, colocada debajo de los hombros, para suavizar la compresión de la parte superior del cuerpo en el piso. 🌱Recomendaciones: - Realiza la postura bajo supervisión de un profesor de yoga. - Usa una protección bajo tus hombros. - Precalienta antes el cuerpo con otras asanas. - Realiza primero la postura de Halasana o "postura de arado", que es su punto de partida natural. #halasana #karnapidasana #asana #hathayoga #inversion #celestemazzadi @josefina.perren

Cualquier estado de la mente nos puede servir para meditar. La ira, la tristeza, la nostalgia, pueden ser tan interesantes, útiles y válidas de observar como el entusiasmo o el disfrute. Todos los estados de la mente y del cuerpo son ocasiones para conocernos mejor a nosotros mismos si somos capaces de Parar, Mirar(nos) y Escuchar(nos). No es necesario que suceda nada más. No es necesario "resolver" "acomodar" "cambiar" algo y cómo cuesta, no? 🤦🏻‍♀️ Permitirnos la incomodidad de estar ahí, siendo ... Aceptando nuestra experiencia cualquiera que sea, incluso sino es como quiero o estoy en una especie de limbo sin sentir claridad, o bien sentir la claridad y también la incomodidad de estar ahí. 😣 Atención plena con una intención determinada (siendo curioso, amable, compasivo) ... abriendo el corazón a lo que es para que no se generen capas de protección y defensa a cualquier situación, estado ... Darle lugar a la emoción en un contexto en donde está de "moda" tapar, anestesiar y seguir, es un gran desafío. Quizás pasas por ser "raro" 🤷🏻‍♀️ 🙄 pero empieza en uno esa necesidad de sentir(nos) sin juzgarnos, sin pensar si está bien o mal sentirnos como nos sentimos .. y eso ya es un montón. 🥰 La transformación del gusano a mariposa no pasa por arte de magia. Atraviesa el proceso de enroscarse en el capullo, morir en ese estado para llegar a una radiante mariposa blanca ... Sin tapar ningún estado. Permitiendose la incomodidad de estar ahí ... [...] Labrar la tierra es mantener con firmeza el arado a fin de remover el suelo, cavando profundo surcos, abriendo profundas ranuras y pulverizando la tierra. Así cómo es preciso labrar la tierra cada año para mantenerla levemente aireada, así hay que trabajar el terreno de la mente y volver a trabajarla para que se mantenga abierta y receptiva [...] Hatha Yoga. DAY 5: <DECEMBER CHALLENGE> #WorkInWorkout #MakeConnections @jyanyogastudio ::One key lesson I’ve learnt this year:: There’s no need to try so hard to fit in or to stand out. #saynotofomo This thought struck me again last night during my company’s year-end party as I was deciding whether to stay with ‘the cool kids’ or leave and miss all the fun and action. I chose to head home (to craft my Day 5 post, lol) - which explains the Plow in a dress! Calming and restorative, the Plow Pose serves as a respite or a transition. After a night of socialising, singing, dancing, eating, drinking etc, it was just what I needed. An Indian classic describes the plow as a tool to revealing hidden treasures. Stay in the Plow long enough and we’ll come to realise there is a place and time for everything. I practice *ashtanga yoga* nearly every day, but I do it 𝐌𝐘 way .. ie. I add / subtract / modify at will, but there are a few things that I 𝐀𝐋𝗪𝐀𝐘𝐒 include. These 2 poses are among my Must Do’s! ⁣ ⁣ Shoulder stand & plow pose are fabulous inversions & a wonderful way to counter stretch the spine after backbends.⁣ ⁣ One of my muy 𝐢𝐦𝐩𝐨𝐫𝐭𝐚𝐧𝐭 tips is this :: shoulder stand (& plow) are SHOULDER stands not NECK stands! ⁣ ⁣ Whether your hips are stacked over your shoulders is less important than where your body weight is supported. Cuando despertamos al lado emocional de la practica del yoga, permitimos que nuestra luz irradie dentro y fuera de nosotros. Tal vez nos empezamos a reconocer mas tranquilos, relajados, alegres, en un estado mezcla de calma y alegría.  Otras veces empezamos a ver otros lados no muy positivos, tal vez nos sentimos mas cansados, mas confundidos, enojados... It also calms the mind, reduces stress & fatigue, & stimulates the abdominal organs & thyroid gland. 🎓 ALIGNMENT CUES: #omniyogagirltips . 1. Think of your shoulders & upper arms as being your foundation - Press them into the mat to form a solid base 2. Have the hands clasped together, & modify by having the palms flat on the mat, or supporting the lower back 3. Aim to align the hips over the shoulders - Straighten & lengthen through the spine 4. Draw the lower belly in, think about folding at the hip joints & internally rotating the thighs 5. Have the legs straight with the base of the big toes touching 6. Keep the legs engaged by pulling the kneecaps up, point the feet & rest them lightly on the mat - If the feet don’t reach the mat keep the legs straight & allow gravity to stretch the hamstrings 7.
