Asana de la semana: Halasana o postura del Arado. . El arado es el instrumento de labranza que usan los granjeros para romper la superficie de la tierra; removerla; airearla y prepararla para su riego o irrigación. Prepararla para sembrarle vida a través de las semillas de las diferentes plantas alimenticias. . La historia de la India se desarrolla en la población ganadera y agrícola de Vrindavan. En ese poblado vivía Krishna y su hermano mayor, Balarama; quien era conocido como Halãdhara, porque portaba (dharā) un arado (halā). Como buenos hermanos, se ayudaban entre sí,  Halādhara era el más robusto y fuerte, en muchas ocasiones ayudo a su hermano Krishna a enfrentar y derrotar a los diferentes demonios que acechaban en los bosques de Vrindavan, manteniendo la calma y la paz en la región. . “Una calurosa tarde de verano, Halādhara decidió que quería bañarse en las aguas del gran río Yamuna y le ordeno que viniese hasta donde él se encontraba. Acostumbrado a conseguir todo lo que deseaba, Halādhara se sorprendió de la negativa del río y en vez de caminar hasta la rivera del río y tomar su baño, él tomo su gran arado y lo drago, llevándolo hasta donde él se encontraba.” . Así, como Halādhara dragó al río Yamuna y lo dirigió hasta él; así el yogui busca dirigir su mente desde el ámbito de lo negativo hasta poder absorber lo positivo que existe en su naturaleza y en la creación que lo rodea. . Así como un granjero labra los campos de cultivo preparándolos para la siembra y la irrigación; debemos remover los obstáculos y todos esos hábitos que de una forma u otra nos desvían del sendero de la práctica del Yoga. Solo así, se podrá guiar a la mente en la dirección correcta. Lâcher prise ❤️ - J’ai eu un week-end difficile niveau douleurs à cause de ma #fibromyalgie et la semaine ne démarre pas sur les chapeaux de roues non plus. Mais je n’y peux rien. Ça arrive de temps en temps mais c’est vrai que ça faisait un moment que ça n’avait pas duré aussi longtemps... Du coup comme d’habitude je prends cet appel du corps pour lâcher prise et me délester de tous les toxiques qui m’entourent (les pensées, la bouffe, les gens..!) et je passe en mode #slowlife pour prendre soin de moi et être à l’écoute de mon corps sinon je pourrais rester aussi clouer au lit à ruminer ou alors faire tout ce que j’avais à faire à fond. Dans les deux cas ce n’est pas une bonne idée. Donc cool, relax, je prends soin de moi et j’assure tout de même mes cours de yoga mais je n’en fais pas ! Sthira-sukham asanam (Yoga Sutra 2.46) “Posture should be stable and comfortable.” • For me, plow is one of those poses in which I have to remind myself to find ease within effort. This pose looks deceptively easy; the challenge I find is to stack my hips over my shoulders and bring my toes to the ground. In fact, I used to avoid this pose because I found it frustrating - it looks so simple, yet it feels so difficult.
