Work your internal (medial) and external (lateral) rotation of the legs. Always. Both are important to the mobility and strength of the hip joint! And both are especially important for your gait. Something everyone does EVERY. SINGLE. DAY. Pay attention to your gait patterns, the natural wear on your shoes. Let’s balance it out so you are sure to be “wearing” your joints as slowly and efficiently as possible!
