No matter what, keep training little by little. It will bring you closer to your fitness goal. So, I found out today that the reason why my right leg hasn't recovered since I got injured nearly 2 months ago is due to a tear. Whilst I'm not going to train at full speed, I'll keep going slow and consistently. Vi kör en jämförelsebild idag, då min rygg ännu spökar och håller mig från träning. • Den vänstra är från 2016, när jag började träna igen efter graviditeten. Den andra är tagen för någon vecka sedan. 🙂 • • I alla år som jag tränat, så har jag tränat för att bli smalare. Vilket egentligen bara skapade ångest, fick jag en förkylning, så kunde jag ligga hemma och gråta, för att jag inte kunde träna och trodde att jag skulle gå upp i vikt.. • Idag, tränar jag för att jag tycker att det är roligt, och för att det får mig att må bra. Inte för att jag ska bli smalare och jaga den där lyckan. • Det, var något som jag lärde mig då jag fick min son, vad riktig, äkta lycka faktiskt är. Ways to look after your mind and body.. ~ Some of these I do personally, some I don't. But they are all good tips that I think should be tried by everyone to see the benefits. A healthier mind means a healthier body, and vice versa. ~ ✅ Exercise your body for a happy mind. A little exercise will go a long way to reducing stress. Even just a brisk walk in the morning will energize and motivate you for the day ahead. Lay out your clothes so that you can get going straight away. Less time to think, means less time to talk yourself out of it. ~ ✅ Quick morning meditation. A quick five or ten-minute meditation each morning will help balance your mind for the busy day ahead. Take a few moments to relax before you begin preparing for the day. Think about all the things you are grateful for and give yourself some positive encouragement. ~ ✅ Keep a journal. Writing is a therapeutic activity. In just a few minutes, you can write your thoughts, worries, gratitude, or whatever else comes to mind. This is good to 'release' all of your stresses before going to sleep. ~ ✅ Unplug from technology. People tend to grab their phone first thing when waking up. Leave the electronics alone until you’ve given yourself time to prepare for the day. ~ ✅ Get enough sleep. If we don’t give our bodies as much rest as they need to fully function. Pretty soon we find ourselves running on empty. Sleep is not only good for the body, but it is also good for the mind. A well-rested body and mind can accomplish great things.
