I have been working with Katie and Sean since the start of April. No strict diet plans, no slimming world or weight watchers. Just a better understanding of how foods works. Add to this around 4-5 gym classes a week and two weight training sessions one of which was assisted by me each week and this is what can be achieved. Since 1st of April till now (approximately 2 month) Katie: 18lb (1.3 stone) loss ¼" off thigh 1" off hips and bum 1¼" off stomach 2" off arm Sean: 17lb (1.2 stone) loss ¼"off thigh 1¾" off hips and bum 1¼" off stomach ¼" on arm (Sean has also been away with the lads during this time and also had some illness, we will say no more 😂) Very pleased with these results. Ich denke mir, besser ich fange jetzt an, denn in einem Jahr werde ich mir danken, dass ich es getan habe 💪🏼 . Ich mache jetzt schon seit 2 Jahren Fitness& Kraftraining, und ständig denke ich mir: Hätte ich mal die letzten Monate durchgezogen, dann sähe ich so und so aus🤔 . Aber hätte und würde bringt uns nicht weiter und deswegen habe ich beschlossen, warum nicht einfach machen und ausprobieren, bevor man sich hinterher ärgert 😊💪🏼 . 💥SQUAT VARIATIONS 💥 - Deficit Training💪🏼 〰️ Deficit training is creating a “deficit” in a certain exercise, like squats! This is to 1️⃣ Increase your range of motion. 2️⃣ Increase your time under tension during your workout. 3️⃣ Do 10-20% more work each rep! 4️⃣ Shock your nervous system by doing something that requires more work. 〰️ Here I am doing deficit squats. These are one of my new favorite exercise on my leg days.
