It’s a good one & I’m psyched about it 🤩 I did this workout as a circuit to keep my heart rate up the whole time as well as get that’s strength training in! My glutes, hammies & quads burneddddd🔥Legs were defs were shaking when I was walking out of the gym after this! Literal noodle🍜 legs haha! This workout is super good if you’re on a time crunch or gym is super busy cuz all you need is a kettle bell and a one space to do the exercises❤️ . ~ Also, I’m drinking my @1upnutrition bcaa’s as always! I have the flavour raspberry lemonade right now and I’m obsessed!💕😍 SUPPLEMENTS AREN’T NECESSARY FOR YOUR FITNESS GOALS I just want to make that clear!😊 I personally drink bcaas during my workouts to help support hydration during workouts, help protein synthesis and recovery! Don’t forget to double tap 💙 support ya girl.... annnnndddd....hehe you already knowwwww... swipe, save & try!!💕 . ~ Do all of these as a circuit, meaning do one exercise then the next until you have done all 7 and then take a rest and do the circuit again for a total of 3 times through!! . 🍑 squat into deadlift | 10 reps . 🍑 squat jumps | 10 reps . 🍑 squats (slow and controlled! The vid of me is sped up but try and go slow and really feel that muscle contraction in your glutes quads and hamstrings) | 10 reps . 🍑single leg deadlifts w/ tucked foot | 10 reps per side (20 total reps) This is a modification on single leg DL where your standing on one leg only, this is the beginning step to doing that exercise and is AHHMAZING for targeting those hammies and glutes 🙌🏻 🍑 KB swings | 10 reps . 🍑 side lunge | 8 reps per leg (16 total) . 🍑 jumping lunges | 6 per leg (12 total) I used two 25 lb KBs for this but you can just use one if you want I just find it easier to balance and more tension in my quads with weight on both sides 😊

Wow wow wow. This week is so busy! I have been to the gym 3 times so far but missing out on this day and tomorrow (AND THE WEEKEND OMG)😔. I have a super busy week at uni! And even though I am a little stressed atm (😅) and dissapointed I dont get to work out today & tomorrow.. WE'RE GOING TO BE FINEEE 🙈. Sometimes school or other things come before the gym. Next week we are going to kill it again 💪 (& Ill probably sneek in some short at-home workouts 🙈). Week 1: 3.5 reps Week 2: 5.5 reps (wk1/2 in previous bid) Week 3: today- 7.75 reps hehe . Now I know my form could be better. I need to engage my lats more, I’m hunching my shoulders too much but it’s all comparative right...I couldn’t get past 3.5 two weeks ago!!!
