Mi piace fare attività Cardio anche in Off Season e quest’oggi vorrei parlarvi dell’H.I.I.T. - E’ un sistema facile da mettere in pratica; sono sufficienti 2-3 sedute a settimane per un massimo di 20 minuti. ⚖️ PERSONAL STORY!!!!! ⚖️ Nederlands? Tik op de vertaal knop onder de hashtags! 👌🏻 -- Where would i start? A month ago I suddenly became very ill during a mini vacation. I hadn't been feeling well for a long time, but I thought it would be okay. But unfortunately that did not happen, it just got worse. I constantly had to throw up and couldn't eat or drink anymore. The situation was getting worse so I ended up at an emergency post. After 2 weeks of several tests, i was diagnosed with sensitive intestines and hypersensitive to various types of nutrients. From that moment on I kept changing a lot with food and I ate faster unhealthy. It eventually cost me 17.6 pounds that I gained weight. But that was not all, after those 2 weeks I had a car accident where my ankle was hit hard and I could not exercise. That cost me another 4.4 pounds. So in the end I weigh 22 pounds heavier by searching for a new food basic (without the nutrients I am allergic to) and the car accident. But of course I wouldn't be myself if I didn't fight for what I achieved! Because of course I want to keep that 143.3 pounds weight loss! I gathered the courage again and did a lot of research into which food was good for me. I also spoke with several other athletes about nutrition. In the meantime, I carefully walked on my ankle and carefully re-trained my ankle with home exercises. And now exactly three months later, the bitch is back more determined than ever! With a new feeding schedule and an almost recovered ankle I go for it again! I'm going to lose that 22 pounds again! I am really looking forward to posting everything for you again, how I will fight again! My goal is now to zoom in even more on my daily life focused on sports, nutrition and lifestyle! ОТКУДА БЕРУТСЯ ТРАВМЫ⁉️ Друзья, здесь может быть масса причин. Чаще всего травмы берутся из-за больших весов, резких торможений, неправильной технике выполнения упражнения, быстрой скорости выполнения самого упражнения, движение по глубокой полной амплитуде в общем если говорить в целом, то от непривычной для организма нагрузки. Так же по мимо непривычного стресса могут быть и другие причины, например, недостаточное питание, холодные связки, мышцы, (без разминки херачат люди не думая ни о чем). Пройдемся ниже по самым распространенным причинам возникновения ТРАВМ: 1.На мой взгляд – основная и самая популярная причина травмы – это либо плохая разминка, либо полное ее отсутствие. И в том и в том случае человек экономит силы на тяжелые рабочие подходы (в общем он пренебрегает разминкой) —  и я знаю многих людей которые вообще игнорируют разминку (полностью не выполняют ее, дабы не уставать, якобы на свежую руку работать сразу в тяжелых подходах) – это конечно же, грубая ошибка. Это не разумно! Ибо плохо разогретые мышцы слабее, а наши связки менее эластичные чем когда разогретые, к тому же связки могут деформироваться (даже от привычного для вас отягощения на снаряде, привычный амплитуды движения) в общем даже при комфортном режиме. 2.Вторая причина приобретения травмы – это быстрые добавки веса на снарядах (это когда человек может очень быстро добавлять рабочие веса) со временем когда-то однозначно получит растяжение связок или сухожилий, это лишь вопрос времени. Поверьте мне на слово! Вот поэтому и важно (постепенно повышать рабочие веса по чуть чуть 1,25 – 2,25 кг) а не сразу с бухты барахты по 10 кг с обеих сторон. К тому же, здесь так же стоит учитывать, что наши мышцы прогрессируют гораздо быстрее, чем наши связки. Т.е. мышцы сильные, а связки – УЯЗВИМЫ.
