ALIMENTARME BIEN PARA GANAR MASA MUSCULAR Para el desarrollo de una buena masa muscular debes tener un buen plan de entrenamiento, pero sobre todo una buena dieta a seguir según tus objetivos el 70% por ciento lo hace una buena dieta el otro 30% por ciento lo hace tu plan entrenamiento, es por esto que un ejemplo de dieta podría ser cinco comidas en el día deben incluir proteína q es la base fundamental de la nutrición y el elemento q nos aporta los requerimientos extras para poder aumentar la masa muscular al despertar preparamos: 3 scoops de proteína +2 fresas y batimos Desayuno 7:30 am: 5 claras de huevo y 2 yemas 10 cucharadas de arroz Café o chocolate Media Mañana 10 am: 100 gr pechuga de pollo - tortilla con lechuga tomate (aquí hay 25g de proteína y otros 25 de carbos, con unos 5g de grasa, aprox 250 calorías) ó también lo puedes reemplazar por 3 scoops de proteína +porción de fruta + frutos secos + 50 gr de avena en Agua. Almuerzo 12:30: 200 gramos de pechuga o pescado 15 cucharadas de arroz Ensalada de verduras con aguacate y aceite de oliva. Media tarde 3:30 pm: Atún en agua 8 cucharadas de arroz Agua. Entrenamiento: Debes consumir algo de carbohidratos antes de entrenar y durante el entrenamiento 10 gr de glutamina+15 gr de BCCA, creatina que te aportan energía para entrenamiento intenso. Posterior al entreno debes consumir más calorías de las que gastas, mucha proteína y carbohidratos q rellenen tus depósitos de glucógeno gastado durante el entrenamiento y la proteína quede libre para hacer crecer tus músculos. Cena 8:30 pm: 200 gramos de pollo o pescado Ensalada de verduras con aguacate y aceite de oliva.  Antes de dormir 10:30 2 copas de una proteína que te aporte recuperación en las 8 horas de sueño posiblemente caseína. Y recuerda un buen entrenamiento con buena técnica te dará los resultados esperados. Look beyond the lie Our average life expectancy has doubled since Victorian times if someone was to tell us this then we wouldn’t of believed them, It’s not just what you eat Or how you train Our bodies need cleaning/massaging We all have a nerves condition, we do not have full control of our entire body some areas are numb. This so called muscles/mucus/fat is blocking our blood flow causing blockages/lumps/cancer Cancer will get one out of two people now so that’s roughly 3 billion people When I was growing up it was thousands Where’s all the money going if it’s getting worse Something doesn’t add up It’s only been 15 years for half the population to be in trouble Is it all in the mind Is it the training we all do now All the things we inject in our body Is the frequency emitted causing this Is it all this new high tech stuff that does the same thing as the old stuff, just now it’s a hand held computer, or a slim line tv, memory instead of CD players. If so we need to rise above this frequency to save self.
