Perfect statement, it’s okay if you failed yesterday ( diet or did not train) today is a new day we get back to it we train hard and we stick on healthy choice of foods and you are back on track.. having that one bad food isn’t going to knock you off track so don’t use that an excuse to keep eating bad foods because mentally you feel you have failed.. jump back on it the very next day and keep going and moving forward. - - - - - - #healthychoices

Tipps to get a big back💯 -train intense! Go in with much weight, much reps and a lot of pain! The most people only focus on chest and bicep. But in my opinion a big back is at least as important as a big chest! -try something new Always change you workouts include dropsets and new excercises! Its important to change your workouts for growth.

I was tricked.....not really i was dumb! Saved my bench for today thinking it was my last heavy lift before comp day.....totally forgot i was doing all my openers tomorrow. 🤦‍♂️ Ahhh well, happy with how my bench moved and my arm felt really good. Looking forward to doing all my openers.
