Ever since getting home from holidays I’ve felt ridiculously weak and every training sesh has been a struggle. I expected this but it was still hard to accept! It’s never fun to struggle with weights that you normally would do 10 reps with. Transformation time. • 1st picture is now 2nd picture is July 2018 • Looks wise I looked better, fitter, stronger and leaner in the 2nd picture. I also referred back to this and wanted to look like that • Mindset wise. I know I’m my self I pushed myself to do workouts to the point I didn’t enjoy them. All I ate was salad 🥗 I never tried different food or brand in things bag may of helped my diet and recovering after working out I never thought about rest or stretching I never thought about supplements. • Now I eat what I want when I want in reason. I don’t look at packets Hardly as much as I used to. If I want to go into a shop and buy a sandwich I wil. 🦋 • Ideally I want to get back to that shape. Forget hip thrusts and squats if you want massive glutes walk up Penang hill 🍑 We walked up very steep hill for 5km to reach the lovely fresh faces of the people at the top who had got the train up. No wonder we didn’t see anyone else when walking up! At times I thought we weren’t going to make it as we faced severe dehydration in 33 degree heat with only 500ml of water, we fought off monkeys and dealt with blisters but we did it! Stupidly proud of you @sophiehalliwellx I have been training for years and you kept up with me the whole way ❤️ #canyoudiewalkingupahill?
