💪🏼NEW SQUAT PR⁣💪🏼 ⁣ So yesterday I PRed twice on squats, doing 4 reps at 170 lbs (second half of video) then 175 (first half)! I’m ecstatic because last week I was doing 5x5 at 140 and was too afraid to go beyond that for five reps! Furthermore, squats have been my most stagnant lift, and before this I hadn’t squatted more than 155 lbs for 7 reps, which was last year’s PR. I also hit these after 5x4 sets of squats, so safe to say I was pretty exhausted as well.⁣ ⁣ I’d like to thank the chicken tenders and curly fries I had the night before and @tj_bomb18 for the spot and for adding 10 more pounds to the barbell because he believed I could go heavier!⁣ ⁣ This also means I can give most of my friends shoulder rides at raves now! ⁣ ⁣ ⁣ ⁣ ⁣
