When you say you are going to take it easy at the gym but then you do a double session... ——— Finally made it to the gym! Still sick but I was more sick of missing my workouts. I have now been sick 22 days.. yup all of July... I was not about to give up the mental gains as well as my physical ones so the gym had to happen today. I told myself I would go and just do what I could but once I was there I was so happy to be back that I did a little extra but I did keep my weights low. —— It felt really good to get back and I already feel way less stressed. Being sick and missing out on a lot of summer fun and missing a few days of work really took a mental toll. I was keeping my spirits up focusing on my achievements like wearing shorts more, fitting into old clothes, seeing my progress photos, and hitting my lowest weight since this journey.. but I was getting to that point where those positives weren’t going to be enough anymore and I could feel my anxiety building more and more... so the push to the gym was well timed. Don't mind the hair and beard I got a haircut after this 😂 Feeder workouts. Holy fuck those are life changers!!! If you guys are having any problems putting size on a body part do feeder workouts before you sleep (personal favourites are 50 curls 3 sets and tricep pushback 50 reps four sets) for legs squat till your dead!! And lastly, they don't need to be heavy make sure to focus on contraction!
