It’s so easy and it saves you from making poor food choices and it saves ya $$$ 🙌 . 2. PACK A WATER BOTTLE 🚰 It’s so easy to stay hydrated when you’re carrying a bottle around. You just see it and drink all day long. Its free (if you have a bottle) and it saves plastic. Hydration is so important for your muscles, skin and digestion. . 3. TAKE THE STAIRS/WALK/BIKE🚲 Easy way to burn calories and promote a healthy heart. These options are also more environmentally friendly anddd by being outside you’ll get some vitamin D! #cardio . 4. DON’T STRESS OVER HOW MUCH WEIGHT YOU CAN/CANT LIFT OR EVERY SINGLE WORKOUT🏋🏻‍♀️ This really is such a minor role in the big picture of health. Don’t worry about how much you can lift, instead focus on form because proper form will benefit you so much more!! Don’t worry if your workout style is different from someone else’s. Find what you like and do it! A program you enjoy is one you can stick to and that equates to progress. A workout is a workout. INVEST IN YOURSELF 🗝 Whether this be good gym attire (I swear a good gym outfit always makes a workout better), good food, dark curtains for adequate sleep, self time, whatever it is just DO IT! Hero pose yay or nay? For me it so a nay! . For many years I used to think this pose is not for me because of my sensitive knees. Not for me because of my inflexible thighs. Not for me because my thighs and calves are too voluminous.... . And reality is - all discomfort I feel in this pose comes from my poor inner hip rotation that is actually translating into compensations that result with knee pain. . And when I say this pose is not good for me, I really mean it. I did hurt my knees doing it. And every time it was not an easy injury but an injury that laster for a year give or take. .
