I’m hopping on the #10yearchallenge 👋🏼 * * * 10 years ago, I was playing high comp soccer, and was often quiet if I didn’t know you, insecure about myself (no curves what’s so ever) and probably eating Oreos everyday ➡️ * *fast-forward to 2019 and I weight lift 6 days a week, have broken out of my shell and usually can’t stop talking once I start, I am confident in myself, and not eating Oreos everyday but still love them 🤪 * *Over these 10 years I’ve grown up a lot, been through a lot, and at the time I compared my life to others. I always thought everyone else had it so much better than me, I thought life wasn’t fair, but now I reflect on those challenging times and realize it has made me that much stronger. I wouldn’t be the same person I am today if life was totally easy and perfect all the time growing up. Can you tell which one, was from October and which one is current?👇 I use to think being 41 years old, meant I was too old to build muscle or get toned. 🙈 I started out with 3 pound dumbbells ( IKR only 3 to 5 pound dumbbells. Lol) after 3 months I'm up to 5 to 10 pounds, depending on what part of body I'm focusing on. 🙊 This program is only 4 days a week, and 30 minutes of my day.😍 I can't wait to see the results in another 3 months.💪 It's making me, want to eat healthier to get even more toned, now that I know, 41 years old isn't too old like I thought!!🍇🍊 Plus the older, women get, we have to watch out for all of those dreaded, osteoporosis and etc. Ugh! Lol!💃 I owe this too my team also, besides the programs I'm doing.👯 I'm telling you, being a virtual coach, has helped me out a lot.😆 I would love to talk to you about coaching. ᵁᴺᴮᴱᶻᴬᴴᴸᵀᴱ ᵂᴱᴿᴮᵁᴺᴳ Puh.. 😪 Tag 3/7 Heute fiel mir das Training etwas schwerer.. irgendwie war die Luft heute raus bei mir. Trotzdem natürlich hin gegangen, meine 30 Minuten auf dem Stepper verbracht. Aber jetzt bin ich sehr froh Zuhause zu sein.. 😊 Morgen gehts nach der Arbeit zum Friseur 💇🏻‍♀️ und dann dort zu Superfit. Und dann wäre der Donnerstag auch geschafft.. das Wochenende kommt näher.😊

Had a couple requests for this morning’s workout!!! So here it is: -dead lift: 12x4 -cable pull through: 15x4 -side to side steps w/ band: 30x4 -RDL eccentric: 10x3 -leg press w/ a pulse: 10x3 -inner/outer thigh machine: 30 sec. x 4 -burpees: 50 -mountain climbers: 50 - Then I did my burnout workout! I am committed to doing this at the end of every work out. 10 jump squats, 10 burpees, then 9, 8, 7, 6, 5, 4, 3, 2, 1! Very little rest in between. - THEN.... I did a sprint interval workout. -jog 5 minutes -set treadmill on 12 -15 seconds on, 15 off : x4 -set treadmill on 11 -15 seconds on, 15 off : x4 -set treadmill on 10 -15 seconds on, 15 off : x4 -set treadmill on 9 -30 seconds on, 30 off : x2 -walk at 3.5 for 2 minutes • • • #workout #motivation #getfit #mindovermatter #legday #armday #abs #pushyourself #weightloss #healthy #healthylifestyle #healthyheart #healthyfood #run #cardio #training #loveyourself #loveyoself #selflove #treatyoself
